Most reviews said this place had horrible customer service, especially via phone: well I called this business around 9am, person on the phone was pleasant and helpful. I told him what I needed, he looked it up, told me they had it and would have it waiting once I got there. I hit the road, about a 45 minutes drive. Got there and asked for the guy by the name he gave me over the phone. He came out, greeted me, I paid and he had the part waiting for me just like he said. The entire transition took about 10 minutes. He even walked me out and took the part to my truck. My husband put the part an and it fit and worked great.
