There were complications with getting off the flat tire due to locked lug-nuts, that were unfortunately stripped by the last mechanic that worked on it at a different business. The extremely kind mechanic that worked on it this day at tires plus, he worked on it for almost 3 hours manually chipping away at the locked lug nut to get it off. It was my daughter's birthday, and we were out of town, so we would have been stuck in that city, or forced to get a rental and leave my car if he wouldn't have put in the long hours of work trying to get it off. They just laid the pieces that they broke on the passenger seat. The manager picked him up with the shuttle van and took him back to get his truck and HE NEVER SAID A WORD. Part of this issue was found on a previous visit and was unable to repair at that time. We were unaware of the brake light situation because his father previously took care of this. For some reason, they called his father and they agreed to take the labor off and still charged over 200.00 for whatever they did besides break the dash. Not recommending this shop in any way. We are all adults here. Don't take advantage of a young man that is just starting to understand repair shops since his father previously took care of all of it, and is now gone. She said someone would be out within an hour. The gentleman arrived in less than 15 minutes. He inflated the spare using a portable compressor and removed the damaged tire and installed the spare within a hour! All for $80.00! I wished I had called them sooner.
