Two days later XDP emailed me back saying my order could not be canceled because it had already shipped (it had not) but that I could return it once it arrived and was provided a link to do so. My return was approved but with a 10% restocking fee ($50) and I have to provide my own shipping ($78) for the cheapest method. So I lost out on $128 because XDP miss stated the availability of a product they sell. Very poor communication and business ethics. I do not recommend this company.

Ty was very helpful and told me that I just need to charge the battery because the charge was low. I also learned where the jumper cables would hook up if I ever needed it (different than my old car). We saw leaves under the hood near the windshield and he helped me take them out.
