It was only after we asked them to lock the keys in the vehicle that they called us back and said they couldn't because we owed the $157 for the quote. It would have been nice to know beforehand so we could have avoided this place. They have some nice employees working there, but the dealership policies are crooked.

This past service appointment I waited THREE weeks for my car to be fixed (it sat at the lot that whole time). I got the run around which ended up with me calling Ford Corp- they never called me to update, had incorrect information about the part, and their customer service was NON EXISTENT. I should not have to be the one who has to call everyday trying to get some type of information. This was my only form of transportation and I had 4 children at home and was stuck. Toward the 2.5 week mark I called and they never seemed to even care that the part was still not there. THREE weeks later I finally got my car back and ONLY because I had to consistently call. Absolutely terrible customer service and will NOT be returning there. There's a reason they have a two star rating and unfortunately I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Arrived early (about 90mins) and was out right on time -to the original appointment time based on the time frame suggested for the service. The service crew was friendly, and informative. When checking out, I felt everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Rates were pretty standard for the service provided. It seems like an older dealership, the waiting room(s) were very dated and had older seating as well as amenities. But basic enough, had fresh coffee- ample seating-bathroom (ladies only) was clean, although the sink didn't drain well.

Dropped my car off at Kings (first time customer) to have it detailed. Returned the next day to a…read morenightmare. I noticed something was off when I walked in and the shop manager had a black eye and a beer in his hand. I instantly started to question why I let anyone in Greene County work on my car. The black eyed miller lite drinking manager told me to go look at my car. I instantly noticed a blurry haze all over the left side of the car. The shop owner said it must be wax and then told me my car might run a little rough because they pressure washed the engine even though I was told on the phone it would have been steam cleaned. Sure enough I start the car and it starts missing really really bad.. Once I managed to get it home I pulled the cover off my spark plug wells and sucked out about half a inch of water sitting around the spark plugs. I then used a heat gun to dry the area and re-installed my coil packs and then returned to the detail shop to complain about the water and blurry haze. Well no apology came, I was told the blurry haze was wheel cleaner over spray and then they washed the car and sent me on my way. I noticed they use most of their products from the local dollar tree and their soap buckets do not have grit catchers nor do they use any type of professional equipment or products. They do however offer a very a cheap price which made me learn one of life's most valuable lessons. You get what you pay for.
