I had left the old battery core with my wife and asked her to tell the driver to give me a receipt for the $22.00 core charge. He said he would take the battery back to the store but couldn't give her a receipt. When I installed the new battery it was dead. I tried to charge it but it wouldn't charge. I called the store and told them that I had a battery delivered and the response I received was that they don't deliver. After a few minutes I tried to move on the the heart of the problem and told them that I just purchased a Delco battery from them. The person on the phone cut me off and said that they don't sell Delco batteries. I said that I was looking at the receipt and it clearly stated that I made an online purchase and that a Delco battery was delivered to me. I was then told that there was nothing they would do for me. They charged me $230 for a defective battery. I was able to purchase the same battery for $115 at another automotive store. I will never do business again with Auto Zone. They are ignorant, rude and disgusting.

Went to the Speedway gas station convenience store tonight at about 8:30 pm Sunday 5/29/2022, to…read morebuy 5 slushies advertised inside the store at $1.49 for the medium size and $1.69 for the medium large. It was 5 adults and we all bought the medium size advertised at $1.49. I had my brother pay for it and he came back to the car to tell us he was charged $9.16. That is the price for the medium large. So, we both went back into the convenience store and question the cashier a young male and he started arguing with us and trying to confuse us with the prices and he involved another customer that seemed to be his friend and he was also rude to us for no reason. We were not rude, or yelling or arguing just asking clarification about the prices. Well, at the end he said he was not going to explain to us or change anything that that's the price and he didn't care what the sign says, and laughed in our faces. You know like the saying says "it takes two to tango" and we were not going to argue with him or anybody else. We felt he wasn't acting normal so we left. If Speedway has changed the prices change the signs, that's all . Otherwise, is either false advertisement or the cashier is confused about the prices or God knows what. It sounds like a frugal complaint , but no, this is not about the money -it's about the way we were treated. I am 70 yrs old and I question what has become of customer service and respect and honesty? Thank you.

He got home tried to open glove box to put his sun glasses in and would not open, glove box was fine for 40 years and worked when he dropped car off. I called Josh immediately he took car back and Josh got it open but the glove box lock was broken, the glove box was not locked so who ever worked on car went through glove box probably being nosey and some how broke lock, when he picked car up the girl who works there said she forgot to take the paper matt out so was it her? not sure. Josh found that "weird" and decided to take a closer look. He quickly identified the actual part causing the issue--don't ask me the name, I'm not a car girl!--and replaced it. Now my dash works perfectly. If I had gone with the original advice, I would have spent thousands on a new cluster and still had the same problem.
