In the end, the job was finally finished after blowing by numerous deadlines, intentionally ignoring my phone calls, and even rudely walking away when I showed up in person. The bill was significantly higher than what was originally quoted, and more than double the going rate and what an actual reputable garage was going to charge. Work that takes way longer than it should, combined with overpriced and rude service tell me that this place is to be avoided at all costs. I would pay more to go elsewhere, but fortunately everywhere else will likely get things done quicker and cheaper.

They were very unsatisfactory. So I came into the office and talked to Blake I dropped the car off. They called and told me what it needed . Turns out the other shop really manhandled and butchered the wires and plug from the wiper motor. That's why it kept turning off and overheating. It also sounded like a meat grinder. So they put in a new motor and it sounds perfectly quiet the way it should be. They also fixed the wipers and put them back in the park position. Danny Blake and Chris were great. This place is terrible!!…read more My mom called them up to confirm what time they open (need an inspection done) she was told 7:30 AM so she got there bright and early, only to be told the inspections don't start until 8:30... She was also told that it would take 20 minutes by the front desk, to than be told by the owner of the shop, who is VERY nasty and rude, that it would take an hour... Last but not least, the shop owner tells her that our Jeep needs brakes and rotors so it won't pass inspection, he explained how he wasn't comfortable doing the inspection if we did the repair somewhere else... which okay? That makes no sense at all. All he cared about was making the money, no customer service whatsoever!! So in conclusion... FALSE information regarding opening and labor times AND very rude service by the shop owner himself. As they say... it starts at the top. so yeah, don't waste your time! Find another shop in New City, you won't regret it lol
