The first four (4) calls essentially made me feel like I was a nuisance calling them up. The last call was to Action Buggies in Willis, Texas. Matt, the person who I talked with, was courteous, accommodating and listened to my questions, concerns and special arrangements that I needed to have handled. He was very patient and gave off great vibes. So much so, that I rode down to visit with him in person. I introduced myself and he recognized my name and what we talked about on the phone. I mentioned that once the batteries were changed that the golf cart needed to go to another location, and he said that could be arranged. I requested to have the charger receptacle changed. But he offered his professional opinion that unless it was melted that, more often than not, it wouldn't need to be changed. This spoke to his professional integrity. He arranged for the timely pick up of the golf cart and the delivery of the repaired golf cart to a new location. Keith the transporter was very friendly, and courteous, and on time. Action Buggies has won over a customer for life and if you are in need of service on your golf cart (all brands), at a fair price, I would strongly advise you giving Matt a call at (936) 856-8309. The only negative thing I have to say is their wait time. For the lift, they were pretty busy despite haveing a scheduled appointment. That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. I ended up having to leave my truck there over night since I had prior obligations, my appointment started at 8am but I wasn't told it wouldn't be finished until 4-5pm until 2hours into appointed time. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and they were spot on. The only downside of the wait time was the designated space they have for waiting. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.

This was the most rudest encounter I've ever experienced and we hadn't even met yet. Just based on the phone call you can tell he is not really interested in hearing you and what you're trying to say about the problem with your vehicle he just wants to be sure he has an appointment bringing him money. He cut me off telling me " Look listen just go get this" and when I was trying to ask for clarification for the timing belt kit he hung up in my face. Then proceeded to lie and say it was an accident.. so why not call your customer back? Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car.
