After bringing my 2021 Subaru Ascent to Oakwood Car Care, the mechanic Mike, alerted me to the fact that the 2 remaining tires had some cracking on the sidewalls and should also be replaced. They preformed a computerized wheel alignment and installed a new set of 4 Pirelli Scorpion tires for the same price as the other ones. Now my family is back on the road, and the car handles great. I was a little iffy to be honest for the lack of reviews, which tend to be skewed since most people tend review when there's an issue. So the bumper needed to be replaced on my black 2016 Camry with an OEM one which came out to $100 cheaper than a bigger known repair shop. I can't comment on them REPAIRING as they REPLACED the bumper, but all I have to say they did an amazing job on the paint matching! A lot of the times you can tell that a car got their bumper repainted since it has a slightly different hue upon observation, but this place color matched PERFECTLY. There's blue glitter in the black paint in the sun and they were even able to get that in the paint as well -- incredible. I even attached photos where you can even see for it yourself. Although the rear end collision was an inconvenience to me, I'm happy that I know that I have a place where I can bring it to now. Thank you so much on the great job Vittorio's!

My accident affected my front tire and bumper, no engine damage or any sort of damage that would have required them to mess around with the inside of my car. Immediately after driving my car, I knew it was not the same anymore. My car would shake like the tires weren't aligned properly, my trunk would open out of nowhere (especially while on a highway), and just drove overall poorly. Before my accident, the car drove just great at 66,000 miles. I don't want to believe they swapped out parts while having my car for that long, but I guess I'll never know what went on behind closed doors. It got to the point where I didn't feel safe in my car and ended up getting rid of it and buying a brand new car. Such a shame.
