Amazing job. My car got rear ended by a kid while making a right on red. The kid's mother brought me to this guy which I didn't mind because I wasn't paying for it. I was a little iffy to be honest for the lack of reviews, which tend to be skewed since most people tend review when there's an issue. So the bumper needed to be replaced on my black 2016 Camry with an OEM one which came out to $100 cheaper than a bigger known repair shop. I can't comment on them REPAIRING as they REPLACED the bumper, but all I have to say they did an amazing job on the paint matching! A lot of the times you can tell that a car got their bumper repainted since it has a slightly different hue upon observation, but this place color matched PERFECTLY. There's blue glitter in the black paint in the sun and they were even able to get that in the paint as well -- incredible. I even attached photos where you can even see for it yourself. Although the rear end collision was an inconvenience to me, I'm happy that I know that I have a place where I can bring it to now. Thank you so much on the great job Vittorio's! read more

I recently had a car accident, well at least I came out to find my car door smashed in. My insurance company set me up with vittorio's, and I simply cannot believe the fantastic job they did and the service. They set up the rental car for me, treated me first class, and the car was done 2 days earlier than expected. Every member of the staff was helpful and nice. The car looked like I just got it out of the showroom when finished. I will go no place else if I ever have another issue. I can't recommend this place enough- 5 stars! read more

If it was possible to give negative stars on this app, I would. I was unfortunately recommended this auto body shop to repair my 2018 Nissan Rogue after having an 18-wheeler tire shred rip off the entire front left side of the vehicle. After the shop had my vehicle in their possession for a week, and having heard nothing from both the auto body shop AND my insurance company GEICO, I had to call to see what was going on. They informed me that after a week, no GEICO adjuster had shown up to perform an estimate on the vehicle. So I asked them what they were waiting for, knowing no one had come to the shop. Finally I had to call the insurance myself and have an adjuster go to the shop. After the initial repairs were done, the car was stained all over on the black moldings with wax from having detailed the car. Something I DID NOT approve of having done to my vehicle, and it was done without my knowledge and permission. Not to mention the front left side molding was sticking out and I could clearly tell it was the original molding involved in the initial accident. The passenger seatbelt sensor was also damaged because it would turn on even though there wasn't anyone sitting in the passenger seat. The gas range, which indicates how many miles you have left until you have to refuel, was also damaged. Reading " - - - ". I told Luigi all of the moldings had to be replaced because I never authorized the shop to wax my entire car, which led to all the moldings being stained. I also told him the seatbelt sensor and gas range sensor had to be REPLACED. So the auto body shop took my car yet again, for a second time to service these issues. When I received the car back in my possession, it wasn't long before the same issues arose again. And I could tell that the sensors were not replaced, like I had asked, instead they were "reset" which DID NOT resolve the problem. I have had to return to the auto body shop now multiples times to address the same issue. And even today, the moldings have not ALL been replaced because I can still see the stains on them and I am getting the run-around from the auto body shop owner, Luigi. The gas range indicates it's time for a refuel (states LOW FUEL) then minutes later the correct gas amount will show on the needle gauge, however the gas range will still read " - - - " indicating there is still an issue. I have never had such a negative experience with having my car serviced and I will NEVER return to this shop to do business with them. I've had to return almost 10 times to have the shop address mistakes THEY have made on my vehicle. Horrible customer service, incompetent staff, and a conniving, lying shop owner. read more

I had a problem with my car. One day I came out to see that my whole rear quarter panel was smashed,and there was a scratch more like a gouge from the center of the rear door all the way through the quarter panel, right down to the bumper. I went to Vittorio's auto body because I have used them before for my wife's car. These guys are outstanding. I would definitely recommend them if you have any kind of auto body problem. they are really nice, efficient and they get the job done right. They tell you what they are going to do, how long it is going to take, they even help you arrange for a rental car where they will pick you up right there at the body shop.Luigi, Eddie, and Adrian are who I have dealt with. They were extremely professional and courteous.I hope we don't have another problem with our car's but if there ever should be another unfortunate incident we'll know where to go. Pathetic service. The lady at the reception is rude and unprofessional. They scratched my rear bumper after it was replaced. There are many body shops in the area. Stay far away from this one. read more
