Miguel and his partner came out and clean my sister carpet in Ripon with respect and care. These guys are miracle workers. This was a situation where I have a handicap niece and my sister has injured her back so severely that she can't do much and we were helping her out this carpet looks brand new has not been clean for probably close to 2-3 years. Another company that come out did not do a good job and so we thought it would never get clean. Mean green came out and pre-treated the rough spots went over with an agitator which was helping to remove and loosen the dirt and then take another machine and extracted it. It was a miracle!! As indicated in another review, my wife and I recently purchased--and moved into--our new home. Prior to moving in my wife wanted the carpets cleaned and wanted them cleaned right and so I scoured the internet, Yelp, and other home service websites and found a bunch of high-rated companies. However, calling on a late Friday afternoon asking for next-day--Saturday service no less!--service made me sound too demanding and unrealistic. I also asked a weird request: I couldn't be at our new house on Saturday to meet (or pay) him 'cause we weren't allowed to move in until Sunday. So I asked Dion to do a next-day, Saturday service, to clean my carpets without me being present, and to trust that I'd pay over the Internet . . . and he politely agreed! Other companies laughed at me, said they wouldn't do next-day, Saturday service and others were offended that I made such a request. Dion explained how his process was different. When he came out to clean the carpets he texted me pictures before and after. Besides doing an amazing job he kept me up to date with frequent text messages and phone calls every step of the way to make sure he understood me correctly and to obtain my authorization. He was amazingly polite, detailed, and made me feel like I was his only customer. He continuously offered to come out anytime if I felt I needed additional services. In fact, he came out a second time to clean strong urine stains and they look awesome. I'm fortunate to have found such a wonderfully responsive, extremely professional, trustworthy carpet cleaner. We bought new furniture and thought since we were tossing out the worn sectional in our living room that we can have our living room and hallway carpet cleaned so we wouldn't need to worry about moving furniture around in our small apartment. I booked Coit to come clean some carpets in one of our homes and immediately cancelled after reading the reviews of Mean Green and how they went in after Coit and had better results... We had tenants who broke their agreement and smoked in the home, and we were sure the carpets were going to need to be replaced.
