Augustin was personable and he did a great job as the 5 year old cell phone now works better than new, with a new 4500 mah battery instead of the original 3600 mah battery. Should another phone require repair, I will happily return. Augustin also advised me to use my battery case charger only when the phone's battery is very low as it diminishes the phone's battery life.

The price for both seemed reasonable ($130) and the person at the kiosk told me it would take 40 minutes to repair. I RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK AT 2:15, nearly three hours after I dropped it off. When calling the manager and explaining my disappointment, he got defensive and told me he was offering me a very good price for the repair. He was unwilling to offer me discount for the wait, claiming that my phone was very damaged and had been repaired a long time ago. Not only did I never receive a call from the kiosk indicating that my phone was ready, but I they kept lying about when I should expect my phone back. The manager gave me excuses about how they were behind on their orders, even though I got there early. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The person at the kiosk offered me a cheap screen protector for my trouble yet seemed unapologetic to their lack to professionalism. Talk with the manager/owner then his friends come in and completely ignores me for 10 minutes. Says he doesn't have the tool come back tomorrow. Monday comes, I return and explain to one of the staff I would like it repaired if he provides me clear cost or to know if it can not be repaired. Doesn't use a tool or anything calls a guy and says they won't give price until they are done. Insurance only covers the lower of replacement or repair and unwilling to say what the cost is. His response "WHATs in it for ME?"
