I put in a request for removal and they were able to come out the very next morning before my scheduled movers and this was a super last-minute request on my end. Liars. Will waste most, if not all of your day ! . Don't waste your time. Call a professional. I scheduled a Junk removal which was really just tree clippings and yard trimmings. I really needed it done ASAP because my brother lives in the HOA . They scheduled for the hours between 2 and 4 PM. Unfortunately, they called at 2:30 and said they were going to be late. I said OK , no problem. I asked the woman when they would arrive and she said" Dont worry ! they won't be long. " I did get a call at 3:30 and the woman says " I'm sorry the guys won't be there until 6 PM. " Since I invested so much time waiting I told her it's OK , but please make it as I have to remove this this stuff!. She said No worries, we promise we'll be there 6 PM . Six pm rolls around and they call back and say " i'm sorry unfortunately , they have to reschedule" . I was enraged. I hung up in mid sentence. They're not only wasted a little of my time they wasted my whole day! I don't appreciate this at all, and I'm predicting that your company is gonna take a nose dive with this kind of .poor service. I would have went with them based on the reviews but they gave me an estimate at double the price I was quoted for by many other junk haulers. I was given an estimate for only 6 items for $150-$175. We can't say enough great things about Discard Junk Removal! Gabriel was very communicative and took time to understand our situation and worked out a plan for the few days we needed his crew. We found out just a few weeks prior to needing these services that we inherited a home, and we very quickly wanted to turn it around for sale. His team came out the first day and was mostly muscle, sorting, packing, and moving all the junk out into the yard, and the second and third day were loading up the junk and doing at least 9 trips to the dump. Because the house is way out in Plumas Lake, they had to travel quite far to the dump each trip! Not only did all the employees do excellent work, but they were all great guys. (Shoutout to Eddie!) This was not a cheap undertaking, however it was absolutely worth it and very reasonably priced for all the work that was done!
