I had my vehicle inspected and they initially observed my high beams not coming on (as did I,…read moregetting out of the vehicle to see for myself). They apologized for not being able to complete the inspection (which was my vehicle's fault) and I left the garage. But I knew all the headlight bulbs were new, and parked the vehicle in their parking lot, fiddled with the shifter and the high beams "lever" thing, and determined I had not put the vehicle in drive to help it kick on the brights. So, I ran over to the garage and let them know, and they VERY KINDLY allowed me to pull back around and pull back through to redo the inspection. And this was at the time they were closing up, literally shutting their bay doors. And after they did the inspection, multiple times employees were very friendly wishing me a good rest of the day. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The young lady putting up with me was named Leah. And they were all professional. Top notch. Also, I had called this day and on another (I didn't make it in for service on) to make sure they had a technician doing inspections, and their people answering the phones were also very professional.
