Ok nice you have the parts in stock? "Yes sir if not I can have them here in 10 minutes" sweet thank you. Couple minutes later "Sir? Your estimate is ready. Looks like your caliper is seized up and will need replaced as well" ok let's do it thank you. 2 rotors, pads on both sides, and the caliper on the drivers side all done in just a couple hours.
