They were initially nice and professional, but encountered a problem when their septic truck got stuck in my yard after the job. Despite their apology and assurance to fix the yard ruts, my experience took a downturn. Following numerous calls requesting the ruts be leveled, I faced a runaround and eventually dropped the matter. Fast forward a year, I encountered plumbing issues again and called a plumber he later discovered that my drainfield was damaged from Howard Septic driving over it. I had to have another septic tank company, pump out the tank again due to the drainfield damaged. they expressed irritation after hearing what happened to my drainfield. Additionally, I learned that Howard only pumped out one section of the septic tank, neglecting the other. This experience not only resulted in damage to my property but also incomplete service for which I was charged in full. Now a 400 dollar job is going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix because of their negligence. I strongly recommend considering alternatives to Howard Septic Tank Service

Roy and his crew showed up as scheduled and they discovered the old drain field was put in improperly in that the water had nowhere to go because the pipes were flowing uphill. That and the field was packed with cheap packing popcorn. They were done by 11a and the inspector by noon. His crew graded the area perfectly even and I couldn't be happier with their work. So, that said, my neighbor recommended Raymond's Septic, my first call a nice woman answered the phone and was able to get me an appointment for a pump out within several days! They called on the day of service to say they were on their way. Then made swift work of finding my tank and removing the dirt to access the tank.
