Honest business do it upfront and give copies of it if necessary. You have done neither, ever! Let's call a spade a spade. NOWHERE on your paperwork, website or disclosures did it say anything about the alleged situations where service would be denied. You also encouraged me to split the service, I imagine because you knew that once you did part of it, I could not get my money back. While he removed the dorsal hump, he severely damaged the tip of my nose. The tip was left thinned, misshapen, and crooked, with one nostril so narrow that it would tear. Because of this, I required two additional surgeries with another plastic surgeon. One procedure was specifically to strengthen the weakened nostril, and the other--a five-hour surgery--was to straighten and reinforce the tip of my nose. Although the revision surgeon improved the structure and appearance, the damage from the original surgery was so extensive that it cannot be fully repaired due to scar tissue. This experience has been extremely difficult, and I strongly caution anyone considering rhinoplasty with this doctor.

Being a businessperson and worried about first impressions, I was highly concerned if I would ever look "normal again". I received several root canals, crowns and dental implants. At first, again I was worried about how I would look until the porcelain permanent teeth were ready, but Dr. Kumar Patel created a temporary tooth that looked natural within only an hour and removed all anxiety with his work product and even his funny demeanor to make the operation without stress.
