Before I could even finish what I was saying, in a loud, fast tone she said "what is your name" I then responded and proceeded to ask a question and once again I didnt get to finish what I was saying and was loudly told "your appointment has been canceled". Your staff is the first line of representation of your office and unfortunately, I will not be rescheduling after this. Dr. Daugherty could've been great and probably could've helped me with my issue but I won't go anywhere with nasty staff like this.

I do not recommend this doctor for rhinoplasty. He performed my surgery in his Winchester, VA…read moreoffice, and the results were devastating. While he removed the dorsal hump, he severely damaged the tip of my nose. The tip was left thinned, misshapen, and crooked, with one nostril so narrow that it would tear. Because of this, I required two additional surgeries with another plastic surgeon. One procedure was specifically to strengthen the weakened nostril, and the other--a five-hour surgery--was to straighten and reinforce the tip of my nose. Although the revision surgeon improved the structure and appearance, the damage from the original surgery was so extensive that it cannot be fully repaired due to scar tissue. This experience has been extremely difficult, and I strongly caution anyone considering rhinoplasty with this doctor.

With that being said I was never cleared for my surgery due to a heat condition that I had no clue about. then I had to pay up front for my procedure which I understand but when I didn't get cleared I had to literally argue back and forth with Katelyn to receive the money back that was due to me less the percentage that they keep. It was just the worst experience ever. Just be sure you know what you're getting into before scheduling a procedure and having to pay up front before you are cleared by a doctor. Again all the staff was great except for Katelyn/ nurse office MGR whatever. She was very rude the whole time and even her staff felt the same way when I would talk to them on the phone about her and trying to get my money back for a procedure I never had done. I went there due to hearing loss in one ear. After a very expensive, painful and, invasive surgery…read morethat took weeks to recover from, I was really no better off. I helped for a while but, the hearing loss came back. Clogged ear tube, not sinuses. I consulted another ENT and he put a tube in my ear and immediately fixed the issue with an office visit. Fast forward 2 and a half years, ENT Institute is coming after me for $25.00 and turned it of to collections. They can't tell me what the $25.00 is for and my insurance shows "Paid in Full". I called the collections company to dispute and their reaction was "Do you really want to dispute $25.00?" Yeap because in 2 years, they will want another $25.00 or more. It will never end. When you get ready to step on the Wal Mart scale, no bars to hold to. The exam rooms are not well lit. The exam chair is dirty, as in old built in black dirt on a grey chair, not to mention the broken tile where this chair replaced whatever was there before. I was told I had a doctors appointment, not a PA. Her only concern was getting me back for a visit with a surgeon to have a surgery re-done from 15+ years ago. Beautiful website. Plus, I am sicker now than I was when I went there, sore throat, runny nose that I did not have and this does not go with what was wrong with me. You can have an old office, Newnan has many in our day, but they were spotless, the air did not feel sick. They ought to be ashamed.
