Priority is on the left. Agents were friendly and efficient, even printed out boarding passes without asking. Tip: this airport requires printed boarding pass. Mobile passes won't work. Plan extra time for security. Only 1 lane so No TSA PreCheck so laptops and any electronic bigger than a cellphone had to come out of your bag.

We left at 2:30 am to cache an early flight so we would not miss the Aftenoon. They put us to an other flight 3 hours later. We wait at the gate , when they tell us it was moved to another gate . We arrived in Savannah at 8 pm. Returning. Our flight was supposed to to be at 5:45 pm by 8:30 they tell us the flight was postponed to the next morning at 8 am. They gave us three hotel choices to stay at by then it's 11:30 pm. One, the shuttle was not running until 4 am and one had breakfast so we chose that. We arrived at the 'hotel' after midnight. We got to the lobby and it felt like one of the horror movies. The front desk person was on the phone hard to understand as he was yelling he signal to go to a computerize window The lobby smelled. No one tells us where to go. We finally found outside an elevator. Paint chipping, dirty concrete floor . We get to the room as lock and put a chair under the door knob. Scary place. Bugs in the bathroom and when we got up my daughter had bites all over her legs. By the way no breakfast was offered. We go get our flight. Never again I will fly with American airline!!!

However, since I'm here on my day pass, I don't have use of the kitchen and I don't feel like showing up with a bunch of stuff to barbecue. Anyway, there is plenty of seating at the adult pool, offering tables, chairs, and loungers. In the north west corner of the pool area is a semi private space with a table, an umbrella, and some loungers. It's a nice place to gather with friends. The pool here is always very clean. The temperature is good in the pool and in the Jacuzzi. I feel fortunate to be a part of this timeshare. The timeshare was purchased by Hilton so I think anybody can stay here if rooms are available.

We struck gold coming across Laila and could not have asked for more. Our trip included a wide range of activities to include diving, zip-lining and a luau. Accommodations were carefully chosen to give our family the most comfortable stay we could have. Fast forward to the Fall of '22 and we were in planning for a 2 week European Vacation over Spring Break '23. Laila was extremely attentive and energetic throughout our planning and had so many great ideas that we had no doubt we would get the best experience possible. Honest discussions helped us to hone in on what tours and attractions would best suit our family and I think we nailed it. Her estimates were spot on and we were not caught off guard by any cost adjustments or fees. When the time to leave for our trip came close, we ran into some snags that started to wear down on us. Strikes and protests in areas we were set to travel began to cast doubt that our trip would be a success and then I was alerted by our airlines that our outgoing flight was canceled. Just days before departure! I immediately reached out to Laila and she responded rapidly at an hour I wouldn't expect anyone to be up reading emails. She was able to find out what caused our cancellation, confirm an alternate departure flight and prevent us from losing a few days on the trip we thought wouldn't be possible. During our trip, her service only grew better. She kept communications with us and was kind enough to make sure we arrived at our destinations on time. We were even welcomed by a lovely gift from Laila in our room that was honestly a highlight of our trip as it reaffirmed us that we had been well taken care of and our enjoyment was firsthand. We are a family of 4 in our mid 30's and I understand that not many people my age reach out to travel agents. I do not think I could have confidently created a trip this enjoyable and stress-free on my own while tending to my normal day-to-day. Laila has my highest recommendation and we will continue to use her services for future vacations. Thanks, Laila!

Room itself looked clean and newer, and I like that the layout is bigger than a normal hotel room. Having the small kitchen with fridge, microwave, and sink makes it really convenient when traveling with kids. Bed was comfortable and the room felt modern overall. Breakfast is included which is nice, but the food itself was about a 1-2 out of 5. Selection looked okay -- eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles -- but quality wasn't great and the waffle area was messy when we went. Still free, so it helps for families. Honestly I booked this mostly for value. Legoland Hotel was around $600-$800 for the night, and this stay was $262 on a Saturday with AAA discount, so big price difference. For families this makes a lot more sense. If I put myself as a kid, this place would actually be pretty cool -- pool, free breakfast, big room, waffle maker, space to move around. That's why I was leaning 4 stars at first. But had to drop it to 3 out of 5 because the toilet in the room was leaking, which you don't expect at this price and at a newer hotel. Little things like that matter, especially with family staying in the room. Overall 3 out of 5. Good value, family friendly, but needs better maintenance. Would still consider staying again for the price.
