    This is a nice resort with different activities to engage in: boating (kayak, SUP, electric motor…read moreboats), golfing, pool, biking, and even Taylor guitar! They have various types of room available. We have the lakefront view room which was really nice and calming to look at the lake, the mountains, and to just allow the kids to look at the boats. We didn't eat on site since we had plan for various places to eat nearby such as Buona (a fresh pasta place) which is next to Wynston's (a local ice cream with delicious local flavor such as roasted pineapple with cinnamon). This place is a good midpoint to Legoland and SD Zoo Safari Park. The only deduction to rating is due to the lacking guest services agent while checking in. The lady manning the counter was not welcoming, no smiles, and seems to just be annoyed. So much for a nice place when the guest services agent doesn't seem happy to welcome eager guests. Was not even offered welcome drink and I didn't bother to ask less getting more attitude.

You get a pass to to rent paddle boards or kayak but kids can't do it so you will pay $20 to do a paddle boat. They have a fire pit and give you smore packet to make smores. The reason for the 3 stars goes toward the staff and manager Andrew. They told me over and over that they offer shuttle service to and from golfing and their restaurant which is less thank half a mile away. Walking distance. When I called for them to pick me up, the girl at the restaurant never got a hold of someone so I waited. When I went back she's like no one answered and I said well were you ever going to tell me? She calls again 3x no answer. I call with my phone some guy answers. Said that someone from the restaurant needed to call. I pass the girl the phone. I hear him tell her we are busy and can't pick anyone up. He was on speaker. She noticed he was being unprofessional and she took it out of speaker. Get back and talk to a manager Andrew to tell him the experience. He basically sweeps it under the rug and said he was the only one there and he didn't answer the call. Other reason for low rating is the wait time in the counter. Seems like There's a lot of people in the back but only one person helping. People had to wait for bikes and check in checkout. It was a bit of a cluster. Overall nice stay. The cleaners and maintenance crew were super nice and friendly. Worth the money paid for the experience and the amenities.

    First of all, the 2 stars are for Love Living successfully finding new tenants, getting the house…read moreready for move in, and getting the tenants moved in to the house. The positive experience ended there. The first red flag of unprofessionalism came in the form of me referring a new client to Love Living, who ended up signing a contract with them and then them completely failing to even acknowledge that I brought them new business, let alone thanking me for it in any way. The second red flag came in the form of an egregious accounting error where they overcharged me by $450. I had to call and explain their error to them. They refunded my money but did not apologize for the error. The third and final red flag came in the form of an outright violation of one of the important terms of our agreement: ensuring that the new tenants put all utilities in their name upon possession of the property. This caused me a lot of headaches and I realized that I was paying them a lot of money to create more headaches for me than anything else. I checked our contract and realized that I can legally terminate our agreement without notice upon any breach of contract from either party. So, I sent them an email notifying them that I am terminating our contract due to their violation of the terms. Their response was that they were also thinking that it was not a good fit. Again, zero acknowledgment of any wrongdoing, more like gaslighting me into thinking that I had also done something wrong. At this point, I asked them to refund me their 9% fee from the date that they originally violated the terms of our agreement (10/15), but instead they tried to make it seem like I've been a bad client and I don't deserve a refund. Honestly, I have been appalled at the lack of professionalism on so many levels. To treat a client this way, not only one that pays you, but one that brings you new business without expecting anything in return, is unimaginable. Updating review to one star because instead of apologizing for the awful treatment of a client that went out of their way to bring them new business, they just keep gaslighting me and making excuses, but please note that they are not able to deny any part of my review.     Rented an RV for the weekend. Prior to the rental weekend they were very communicative. Once the…read moreRental day came and our payment was final, we had a hard time getting anyone to respond. We had the RV dropped off at a military base and it was agreed that they would drive in on base and set it up. The guy who delivered didn't have a CA Real ID" and they wouldn't let him in the base. We needed up having to set it up and there was some issues with the hook up hoses. We had to purchase a hose and it still leaked. I left a couple messages and emails and got no answers. We ended up figuring everything out and had a great time. The guy brought his passport and picked up the RV with no issue. It took several calls after the rental to get ahold of someone about the issues we had with the drop off and set up. The only reason we got a return call is that I indicated that I was going to write a review. All in all, not such a bad experience that I wouldn't rent from them again. Now I know how to navigate the conversation of what our expectations are.

Klaidas and Oscar were very friendly and service was personalized. The trailer was in great condition. Clean and ready to go. I feel like they go above and beyond to make sure our holiday went as smooth as possible. Can't wait for our trip this year and will be coming back next year as well!
