This doesn't give me back the time I took off of work, the oil I bought because of your mistake, and the time I waited to have this done right. The actual owner Aaron was supposed to call a week ago. No returned call. Do not by any means do any business with this dealership. Lack of follow through, petty behavior, and a lack of accountability. Update: you can acknowledge the review but not do anything further like requested? You continue to lack accountability.

I really don't want anyone fired. I rather think this is a management issue- pushing the tachs too hard , poor policies ( checks and balances) I couldn't get much if a word in edgewise I'm ashamed of people I should be able to trust. When I contacted them to tell them I was having Robs Tire and Auto Care LLC tow the car back to them, please have my 10,000 dollars cash ready for refund....they told me the paperwork was done, and it was no longer their problem! After speaking with several other dealerships, one being Seelye Wright Paw Paw, all were baffled at their unwillingness to even attempt to make the situation right.
