    They do not answer their phones! Website says open till 6pm yet from 4:30 till 6pm, nobody answers your calls!

I had to drop it off at the mechanic immediately. I found out the starter was going out, the battery was bad, and after filling the tank, I lost a quarter of a tank of gas just sitting in the mechanic's parking lot -- which turned out to be a fuel pump leak.The dealership did pay for those repairs, but the car was gone for a week. When I finally got it back, the check engine light came on again -- another $200 sensor.After that, I discovered the headlights didn't work properly. They lit up, but the light only reached about three feet in front of the car, making night driving unsafe. When I told the dealership, they said they had "put enough money into this car" and only paid for half of the headlight repair.On top of that, they told me they were giving me $1,000 off the price, but when I checked the paperwork, they had actually charged me $1,000 over the price.I also kept hearing a rattling noise on startup. I finally caught it on video and took it to my mechanic -- he confirmed it's the timing chain, which is a $6,200 repair at the Chevy dealership. When I brought this concern to the dealership, they told me maybe I "need a new mechanic" and said it wasn't covered.All of this happened before I even made my first car payment. Not to mention they had it fully inspected with sticker still on the window, I think some things got overlooked. I'm writing this review so other people don't end up in the same situation. Be extremely careful buying from this dealership. Get your own inspection, double‑check the paperwork, and don't rely on their word. I wish I had known what I was walking into.

    We (my fiancé (26) and myself (25)) had scheduled an appointment with the service team at Seelye…read more We had purchased our F150 the previous year and needed the brakes to be looked at as it was squeaking. The morning when we arrived it was very chaotic, the workers were obviously unhappy. As we waited to be helped I watched as they frantically were shuffling papers and such. We gave them the keys around 8am. At around 10am they texted us, letting us know the truck was ready. We drove back to get it and were met with more unhappy chaos, and given keys then the worker, Jason, walked away. At this time Jason had mentioned that there was confusion in the back on where the keys were located and that he found them on the "not done" board. When we walked up to our truck we realized they were NOT our keys. We had to walk back in and ask for our keys. We were met by a different service worker who got us the correct keys. We drove home and almost an hour later I received a call from them that the truck was actually NEVER looked at. This is extremely disappointing and unsettling. They blamed it on a busy drop-off this morning. However I dropped my car off at the time on my appointment. When I mentioned the key mishap to the manager on duty he stated that "this doesn't happen often" and that he could remember the last time this happened "six months ago". I told him I do not trust that my keys would not be given to someone else and some people would not be as honest and potentially steal my truck! They apologized, but no one took accountability or acknowledged that this was extremely unprofessional and wrong. I am disappointed to say that I do not feel comfortable, or welcomed, at Seelye Ford and we will not be able to return.
