They scheduled for someone to come to my house on a Saturday to replace the window, and because I set up my initial appointment online they had all my information which made it easy to schedule another appointment at my home. 2 Saturdays later, 2 guys in 2 vans showed up and replaced the window. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They called in the morning to let me know they would be there later that afternoon, and again when they were about 15 minutes away.
