They scheduled for someone to come to my house on a Saturday to replace the window, and because I set up my initial appointment online they had all my information which made it easy to schedule another appointment at my home. 2 Saturdays later, 2 guys in 2 vans showed up and replaced the window. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They called in the morning to let me know they would be there later that afternoon, and again when they were about 15 minutes away. I was rescheduled for Monday at 8am, only to wait again and be told the part still hadn't arrived. I've now driven across town twice for nothing. The plastic they put over my trunk flew off within minutes, and it rained this weekend so now my trunk is wet too. No urgency, no apology, and no concern for the inconvenience.
