Keith Banks, our Sales Professional, was upbeat, personable and knowledgeable. He helped my son find a vehicle with the main options he wanted (4WD/8 Cyl), and the dealership was motivated to sell, working with us on our trade-in, or wearing us down with numbers. Mark, the finance guy was equally helpful and respectful - no pushing add ons for protection, warranties, etc. Besides the people all being genuinely friendly and happy, the showroom has free wifi, is beautiful and comfortable (important if you are in there waiting for your car to be serviced). This has been the easiest and happiest car buying experience I have had.

They really try hard to please their customers. The owner, Lewis/Luis was great and every time I had to go back there, I was treated well and saw that they do that to everyone. The finance manager, Yurkis, was super and works his heart out for customers. The whole experience was a good one even though I had to go back 5 times (for various reasons). My ONLY complaints are with the "mechanic" and having to pay nearly $150 to pick up the final license plates which we thought were included in the price. Tiny parking lot and tiny office next to the big Batteries sign. Overall, this seems like a good place to get your next vehicle and they speaks many languages to appeal to a wide variety of customers. I would buy here again!

During my research I disliked the parent company and felt they were dishonest. But I did not get that vibe when we went. I dealt with Betzi who I thought was great. We liked the car enough to make the purchase. I thought it was a little expensive but It was a real clean car with low mileage. I even paid for the extended warranty. So I walked out happy. Seriously! One of the tailights was broken when purchased and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. And threw in a carwash! About a year later there was an accident on 75 and I could not avoid one of the wrecked cars, the one that started it all. The damage was minimal but the airbag deployed which generally means the car will be totalled. Main thing is no one was injured Not long after I went back to inquire about getting my extended warranty money refunded. I was told a check would be mailed. Time went on and I forgot about it. Last year before heading North I bought a 2024 Chevy Trax 2RS. This season I was determined to follow up. I procrastinated. Now it's the end of April. I liked the Trax but found it a little tight. So I looked at Car Max, Carvana, etc to get a price. They were in the same ballpark. I finally went to Mini to inquire about the warranty money. While there I asked Betzi about her interest in my Trax. I told her I would take no less than what the car buyers had offered. So Mini agreed to buy the Trax. I came back with the car and paperwork and we did the deal. She said the check for the car would be mailed, which was unusual (for me). She also said the same for the warranty . Anyway, to wrap it up, both checks were received shortly after, and once again was very happy at MoFM and dealing with Betzi!

    I had a very frustrating experience with MINI of Fort Myers while attempting to purchase a CPO…read morevehicle remotely. I was required to wire the full purchase amount before being provided final paperwork, which meant I had no opportunity to review the documents in advance. After payment, I discovered discrepancies in the tax amounts -- what I paid did not match what was reflected on the official paperwork. I reached out multiple times for clarification but received no response from the finance manager. The only time I was able to speak with someone about the documents was when I was patched into a call initiated by someone else, and instead of reviewing the issue and my concerns, the transaction was immediately canceled. We escalated the matter to the General Manager and had multiple conversations. While he expressed a desire to resolve the situation and acknowledged there may have been an error, no meaningful effort was made beyond returning the funds, and no clear explanation of what occurred was provided. At no point did the General Manager reach out to me directly by phone; communication we me was only conducted via email, and my communications are well documented. I do want to acknowledge that I later learned the General Manager made an effort behind the scenes to reach out to another Sonic Automotive dealership to help facilitate the transaction. I appreciated that and did call to thank him. However, it is important to clarify that throughout this process my communications were calm and courteous, and simply focused on understanding and verifying the documentation before signing. The only interaction that was not professional was with the finance manager, who declined to review the documents and then immediately shut the deal down after concerns were raised. The core concerns remain unchanged -- incorrect paperwork, mismatched tax amounts, and an inability to obtain clarification when reasonable questions were asked. The combination of inconsistent documentation, lack of communication, and how concerns were handled made this a very disappointing experience. I would recommend caution, especially for out-of-state or remote purchases.

They lied multiple times about the price of a used jeep 2020 grand cherokee white. Liz, in sales lied about the price being $37,000 and the price of $27,999 was wrong on the website. I called and Liz, the internet sales manager, confirmed that the price of 27999 was right and there is a reconditioned fee of over $3,000. I explained that I have a true car certificate that shows only the dealer fee of $999 and no reconditioned fee. Liz said that I can bring it in and they will honor the true car price. I came in and the salesman was not willing to honor the price. I asked for the manager, but the manager would not come out to explain. I asked for Liz and she would not go downstairs to talk to me because of an emergency she was dealing with according to the receptionist. I am now writing this review as a warning to stay away from this dealership. There is no need to go through what I went through. Shop your hard earned money at a dealer that deserves it more. As I write this review, the manager is still hiding in the office unwilling to address my complaints. This act of avoidance is against the rules for how dealerships can operate. I will be documenting this in an official complaint to the Florida Highway and motor safety vehicles organization. I will also write a complaint to true car and the better business bureau. Lastly, I will write a complaint to the state attorney general for lying and manipulation to the consumer. There is no place for car dealerships to operate with shady business practices in Florida. I encourage all those who have experienced similar cases to do the same for this terrible and shady dealership. The New Car Sales Manager, Blake Varnado, was the one that was avoiding talking to me to resolve the issue. The sales consultant, Armstrong Chutkan, was the most unprofessional of them all. He was arguing with me over the price and I told him I want to talk to the manager but he refused to leave. He was standing uncomfortably close to me and my girlfriend. He stood there arguing with me after I told him to leave multiple times. Eventually I walked away and ignored him. He was still standing there for a few minutes until he finally left. His violent and atrocious behavior should not be anywhere near customers. Do not work with him or this dealership.

The staff at Ft Myers, Nissan were very helpful, from the salesman, Palm, the GM Kenny and the owner,, Mike ... We had a lot of back and forth but at the end of the day there were all smiles and handshakes all around.... So, if you are looking for a dealership and staff that will treat you not only right but will treat you fairly... This is the place to go!! I would highly recommend them!!!

    bait and switch experts. two months ago bought a used Nissan "certified pre owned " rogue from this…read moredealership. advertised price on line was reasonable, low mileage , nice vehicle. after test drive we said we'd buy it and all of a sudden the price was $10,000 higher than advertised. they were adding "mandatory fees " that they insisted were necessary. after standing firm and getting up to leave the fees were taken off and we came to agreement on the advertised price plus sales tax and registration. after giving them a large deposit and agreeing to finance the small balance we then had to meet with the finance manager where he told us that we could not buy the vehicle at the agreed price unless we financed the entire cost. again we got up to leave and after much back and forth he finally agreed on the terms we had originally set. A couple of days later we could not get the windshield washer to work so I checked under the hood and the windshield washer fluid was empty and the radiator fluid was low. It seems that their 200 some odd point inspection to become "Nissan certified pre owned " is also a scam. The sales people were very friendly and personable but it is all about gouging you as much as they can. I would not ever buy from them again. Watch your back.
