I originally had window tint removed from a business that was next to Owens shop. The business left large amounts of glue on the window and required me to drive to Yuba City to fix their mistake. My passenger window soon stopped working and ultimately would roll down, however not back up. I called Owen about this issue and he advised he would be able to diagnose it and possibly fix it. Owen went out of his way to meet me on his days off, looked at my door, removed the panel, removed all the glue left on by the previous business and then put the entire panel back together. Owen was more than accommodating, professional, informative and courteous. Owen was knowledgeable about the issue and quickly addressed it. What I would have been charged for by the other business, Owen handled in a hour with a simple thanks and nothing more. 10/10 will return for future business. read more

Owen Carter is the owner/operator of Advanced Car Care. He is a great guy and his detail work is amazing. Our 2004 F-150 had been washed and cleaned fewer than 10 times in 12 years. The poor truck was looking sorry with hard water stains on the exterior and moldy seats inside until Owen performed his refurbishment magic. He has supreme attention to detail and uses the finest techniques & products. I picked my car up from Owen on a Saturday and it looked amazing! That night, while at a friends house, a couple of cats decided to jump on the hood of my car and play around. Sunday morning I woke up and noticed dirty paw prints and scratches on the hood. I was beside myself. I contacted Owen and he said "no big deal, swing in and I'll fix it". I drove the car around for a few hours and when I got home, all the paw prints and scratches were miraculously gone. This was the best service I could've asked for!! He worked with my price range very well and I originally told him my budget was $1000 for what I wanted done which was a paint correction and 1 year ceramic coat. He ended up getting it down to 800$ with a 5 year ceramic coat instead of a 1 for the same price because he had leftover materials. About a week after I bought my car, I spilled coffee on the front seat carpet and I tried and failed to clean it up sufficiently. Luckily, they were able to clean it up and clear out the smell! That was about two years ago. Today, I just got my car detailed and it was a great experience. I dropped my car off before work and got it back by lunchtime looking brand new! Great experience with Owen! He was very thorough and conscientious. He threw in a car wash with my interior detail because some equipment he prefers to use on the carpets was down.
