This office is so wonderful! The staff is friendly and Dr. Kiska is very detailed and thorough. He is passionate about what he does and spends quality time finding the areas of your body that needs therapy. read more

I am writing this review because I wish I would have known that Dr. Kiska, his front desk staff and many of his patients do not wear masks. They are not required. Taking it one step further, Dr. Kiska told me it was useless for me to wear a mask (terrible advice!). All this made me extremely uncomfortable. If I had known they do not follow general safety protocols and guidelines I would have never made an appointment. I am going to the chiropractor to improve my health, not get COVID! read more

Right away set me up on work out plan for the days I am on my own, that was great for my busy work life. Very simple and easy to manage. Sometimes these trainers can really overwhelm you with crazy work out regimens that just are not realistic to your lifestyle. She was great giving me something that seemed attainable, but not too easy. She also gave me a great nutrition plan that had plenty of options so that I didn't have to eat the same thing all the time. Our work outs have been a lot of fun. She has been great at making sure that I not only do the exercise right, but motivates me while I'm doing it. Which let's face it.. isn't that what we all want from a personal trainer? Someone who can motivate you to a better body. It doesn't hurt that she also plays some killer work out tunes while I'm sweating, swearing and swerving (during my supermans) my way to a killer bikini body. Works for me. All I knew was I wanted to feel normal again. I went to physical therapy twice a week for three weeks. Joanne was my primary physical therapist with Rachel helping me as well. Each physical therapy session started with heat, then a massage followed by neck stretches and eventually resistance bands to help build strength. I was super reluctant to do PT, which is why it took me soooooo long to get in---but hindsight is 20/20 and I'm so glad I did. It has been several weeks of therapy, my pain has significantly decreased and my mobility improved. Aside from exercises, I also had Astym, Dry needling (which I am a firm believer in and experienced improvement less than 24 hours after treatment), stretching and other deep muscle techniques (ya know, the stuff that hurts but feels good?). It really was a holistic approach to my care, which I appreciate. I gained a lot of knowledge and tools that will help me continue to be active and healthy. I also improved form on many exercises I normally do. I am in awe of the work they do here. Brian, Charlanna, Mary, Sean, La'Neja - you all bring a high level of expertise, excellence and genuine care in all that you do.
