When I finally walk up and ask how much longer do I have to wait. They asked if I check in, I said yes, and produced the clipboard with my name on it. She said no did you come up and speak with one of us. I told there are clear instructions for me to follow and pointed to the sign. Then she tried to hand me paperwork. Lady I have been sitting down for 30 minutes, you couldn't have given me this when I arrived. "Well you didn't check in she said, oh yes I did, you were just to busy taking a personal call and refusing to look at the list of patients who signed in. INCOMPETENT. It like we are to do their jobs for them now. They much rather blame someone else then take responsibility for their lack of work ethics.

I was told that I either had 2 wait until that Dr came back from vacation, or travel to BFE. I was not able 2 do that. I waited weeks 4 that appt. Two days away from that appt, they called 2 say that doctor didn't do that type of shot, & I would still have 2 travel to BFE. I had chosen JOI as my pain doctor many years ago.
