She said no did you come up and speak with one of us. I told there are clear instructions for me to follow and pointed to the sign. Then she tried to hand me paperwork. Lady I have been sitting down for 30 minutes, you couldn't have given me this when I arrived. "Well you didn't check in she said, oh yes I did, you were just to busy taking a personal call and refusing to look at the list of patients who signed in. INCOMPETENT. I was told that I either had 2 wait until that Dr came back from vacation, or travel to BFE. I was not able 2 do that. I waited weeks 4 that appt.
