It was in this location where she commenced my intake. Conducting this process in an open area was questionable and made me extremely uncomfortable. The therapist misread the referral paperwork and I had to correct her understanding of the paperwork. As I relayed the facts of my condition she judged them as "not logical". She communicated a significant disconnect between the facts as presented and her ability to reconcile the referral for PT. This increased my concern that I would not receive compassionate care and the discussion rapidly deteriorated. I cannot recommend this facility.

For a while I had gone consistently with Dr Ace as my chiropractor (super friendly and professional, she's the best) and then stopped when work took over my schedule. I went back yesterday after 6 months and got my typical E-stim on my shoulders, traction bed, massage, and adjustment. That night I noticed a huge difference.
