It felt like every time I opened a cabinet or closet I'd find more mold growing on surfaces, stored items, and cloths! It was pretty bad. Not to mention the frequent mold on and around the edges of the interior windows. I kept cleaning it up and washing cloths, but the mold just kept coming back. We were fairly sure that the mold was causing us to have persistent congestion and irritated airways. This was especially troublesome because we had a new baby and he was always soooo congested! Too bad Rick cannot be in 100 places at the same time to supervise the work. I get that. I'm very pleased that he made it right, and that shows....he is an honest man and wants to please his customers. To repair this situation, it took more than power washing, sealant and paint. It needed the sand REPLACED after the power washing washed it away. The labor men were just doing what they were told: power wash, seal and paint. Period.
