They reply rather quickly and let you know in advance when they are on their way and give you a reminder as well of your upcoming service. Miguel finishes is a very timely matter and very professional. He has been doing this for more than 20+ years so he is very skilled and knowledgeable. I requested for a driveway power washing cleaning and they delivered! Not only did Miguel come clean my driveway, as well as the walk way to the front door as an additional service, but he also explained better ways to deal with a dirty driveway (and garage) in the future. Before even coming, he was very responsive, open about his availability and kept me up to date as to how long the process would take and when he'd arrive. Now to get into the quality of his work, I've never seen my driveway as clean as I have today! Due to the kind of concrete I had, it was difficult to completely remove it, but he lightened the stains to the point I had to squint to see the stain, it was there but barely. I don't usually post reviews on services, even restaurants that I go to on a weekly basis, but this company did such an amazing job I had to post a review, I would highly recommend this company and all of their services, 10/10! I'm highly impressed with the quality service of this company! When I made the appointment, I explained I have pets and a tight schedule, to which they were accommodating to both. I was able to get an early Saturday morning appointment the same week. Miguel showed up promptly at the appointment time and he is very professional.
