2019 Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD I had "kevin Korman" come out and fix two dents. He ended up polishing the vehicle and and ruined my clear coat put swirls all over my quarter panel and my back driver passenger door. I had a couple of dings on the rear door of my 2018 Ford Fusion, likely caused by driving too close to a gravel truck on the highway. Although minor dings, I got quotes ranging of $750 and over $1000 by two different body shops. One of the body shops I had used before recommended that I give Tony Korman a call. So I did and I set up an appointment to have Tony come out to my condo the following Friday. He came out, explained the process that he uses, gave me a quote and went to work to fix the two dings. 15 minutes later the job was done, the dings were gone and my car looked as good as new again. Called this guy mid-December because I had hit a large truck tire on the highway which left a good sized dent in my door. I was heading out of town for a few days and he was very busy due to the hail storm so I agreed to call back after I was back in town to set up an appointment. When i got back in town i called him back but there was no answer, several phone calls/voice mails later i finally got a call back and we set up an appointment for a few days later. day of the appointment came and the guy was a no show. I called multiple times and left multiple messages and never heard back from him. I was contacted promptly - given an estimate (their basic flat rate) however we elected not to use this provider simply because the single dent smaller than the size of a quarter did not warrant spending their flat rate. I'm sure they would have done good work but we ended up selling the car even with the dent at no loss of sale price.
