Dr. Safadi takes the time to understand his patients' needs before he makes a diagnosis (unlike other dentists I've seen). I also appreciate the fact that his office carries Gluma desensitizer. It is a formula designed to reduce tooth sensitivity. I have it applied every year to keep the sensitivity down. Not every dentist carries it. Thank you again Dr. Safadi!

I have referred several friends and they're all impressed by the wait times for appointments (I've never waited - seriously lol) and the overall feel of the staff. Good conversation keeps the appointments fun and getting in and out makes keeping them as my dentist though I moved a hour to Chicago feasible. It's hard to find a practice that you feel is looking out for you versus their bottom line/get insurance claim happy but these guys are stellar. Try them out and then head next door for El Jimador for lunch while you're at it haha!

The dentist, Rita Patel-Miller, told me that I had two cavities, one of which would have required taking off my crown and replacing it. I got a second opinion and discovered that I had no cavities. Beacon Hill used my full dental benefits for a cleaning but did not clean my teeth. They took multiple unnecessary x-rays and tried to sell me a night guard that was very expensive and not necessary. I waited this long because I did not want to write a review while I was angry. I have all the paperwork to prove what they wanted to do and will be turning them into my dental insurance and contacting the Indiana Attorney General to file a complaint. This business is the reason why we all pay so much for insurance, many families are struggling financially and Beacon Hill will lie, drill holes in your perfectly good teeth and charge you for it. It is a shame they have no conscience or care for their patients....how many others, including children, have they done this to?

The team here at Tiger is one of very rare quality. From every question and concern, down to my own comfort level, they were amazing. Went in for an emergency visit due to a broken tooth, after a complete comprehensive and thorough exam, a care plan and "schedule" was devised that matched my needs and the recommendations of the dentist. Dr. B is awesome and super understanding.
