Absolutely terrible business. I paid Wisnova in full back in May 2025 and thought the matter was completely resolved. Then, a full year later in May 2026, I suddenly received a threatening notice claiming I owed additional fees that were never previously disclosed or itemized. The letter threatened to send the account to collections, yet provided no clear breakdown or explanation of these charges. This feels extremely unprofessional and misleading. If there were legitimate fees, they should have been communicated clearly at the time of service, not a year later with threats attached. I never received any prior notice about these supposed additional amounts. Very disappointing experience and poor billing transparency. read more

I had a dental procedure done here and I highly recommend WisNova for their care, expertise and professionalism. I needed to have a dental procedure (sedated) that I had been putting off forever and on a recommendation from a coworker, I decided to try WisNova. I've always been nervous/anxious about dental procedures (stems from childhood) but the surgeons and staff at WisNova made me feel confident about this procedure. I went for a consultation with Dr. Tiboris and I was immediately impressed with his expertise (3rd generation and board certified) and care. He has family in dentistry and the way he explained the procedure made him very trustworthy. His staff was super friendly and everyone made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I felt nervous the day of my procedure but I felt that his staff prepared me well with directions. After my procedure they sent me (and the person you bring to drive you home) they send you back with a care kit with supplies you'll need for post-op. What I really liked was that Dr. Tiboris personally called me after surgery and told me to call him if I had any questions or issues with the surgery site. Insurance/billing questions are answered by Tina- who is so nice and helpful. I also really liked that they enforce strict cleaning standards- mandatory temperature-taking/oral rinses/social distancing/etc. I went for a post-op and have another one soon. If I could give a zero, I would. I was beyond patient for over a YEAR! Changing billing policy without notice, constantly rescheduled (4x) apts and after I finally had my 2 treatments, I was told Dr Hutton would contact my primary dentist and create a plan for the next steps. I followed up twice, only to be forgotten again, by not only Dr Hutton but the staff and Dr Pratt. He uses the same phrase a lot "if it were my family member, I would..." Forget them? Wish they just went away? Not actually care about their treatment? read more

I was referred to Dr. Hutton, Periodontist by my dentist to check on my 25 year old implant that fell out a few weeks back. The consultation with Dr. Hutton and his very attentive assistant Tory started with a super high tech x-ray of my missing implant area, a whole mouth exam and ended with a very honest outcome; I was not a candidate for a new implant based on many sound factors. This is a beautiful and clean office with a comfortable waiting area.  The staff from front to back are absolutely wonderful!  They are welcoming, kind, and efficient.  You can tell that they love their jobs and take very good care of the patients from entering the building through leaving. My procedure was with Dr Tiboris. He has a WONDERFUL personality and made me feel comfortable from the moment that I met him.  He was talking me through the entire procedure as he was working, which was different and surprisingly comforting.  I had a very difficult extraction that left me with minimal discomfort.  He made sure that I had all of the information for after care and even called from his cell later that day to check on me.  He told me to call him on his personal cell if I had any issues or concerns.  You can tell that he is EXCELLENT at what he does and he genuinely cares for his patients!!  I very highly recommend him! read more

Caution. It's a wink and a nod that they take insurance. They left me under the impression they were in network and were not and I was charged about $500 more for an extraction than my personal dentist charges. Not impressed with them and their God like attitudes. read more

This place was a waste of my time and money. My dentist sent me here it was not covered by my insurance but since they clearly didn't know what they were doing they made my appointment anyway. Then there Dr informed me I should have 3 teeth pulled not the one I came in for. I was like what are you talking about I came in about one tooth. Then he says to me a guess you will want a second opinion really do you think. Then my insurance sent me bill saying they were not covered. Ok great so do you think they would send me a bill no I drove over to pay my bill I was out $300 and nothing got done. Worst experience of my life! My tooth is still infected two months later and have been on back to back antibiotics for two months! Took me as a patient and completed procedure to then tell me they did not unfortunately take my insurance and I would be required to pay half of balance that day $1500! I paid $100 and set up payment plan for $100 a month and was told because of situation I could pay what I could. Returned two weeks later with the worst infection in my face and came back for Er visit to be told I was confused on what tooth was bothering me and no updated X-ray was done after procedure! "Rt Canal Specialist" told me he believed me that the tooth was still hurting and and he could redo root canal and that it was obvious something was still going on. I make 4 th appt to have the Rt canal redone to be told you must pay half of procedure before being seen today or I can reschedule when I'm able to pay half. I have been told by Dr to pull my tooth if anything! Sure easy enough still get to collect their $1500 for a failed Rt canal regardless thanks for nothing! read more

I'm an adult that needed to get four wisdom teeth removed, two of which were impacted, and so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Tiboris. He was extremely professional, straight-forward, and honest. The operation itself was executed perfectly and one week later I'm almost completely healed up thanks to Dr. Tiboris' careful instrumentation and post-operation care instructions. The first time i saw the dentist i had a tooth pulled, i was having pain and bleeding issues over the weekend and I called twice to their after hours phone line, no one called me back. I called on Monday and got an apology. The next time was for my sons' wisdom teeth, the first appointment for the consultation they left us in a room for 45-50 minutes with no explanation. I went into the hall and all the lights were off! The receptionist seemed surprised we were still there. I saw them last week for a dental implant, and for some reason they will not tell me how much the implant costs. I have called 3 times, i have been told they will call me back and give me the cost, no calls back. Why would I go through with a dental procedure with out knowing the cost? I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after the third time having a bad experience, its not me, its them. I'm a nervous reck whenever I go to the dentist but I felt very safe and at home here. I came for a tooth extraction and was done within the hour. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The receptionist didn't mind me calling multiple times with questions either. This is possibly the best dentist I've ever been too. I was referred by my dentist for an implant. He was extremely late for my. consult and spent limited time. I usually use Dr. Wagner but thought because my dentist like him it would be fine.The staff was great but I found Dr. Tiboris to be arrogant and talked down to me. I have middle age highly professional person and his "God complex"when I asked him simple questions was beyond belief!! The office has too much going on from oral surgery to Botex! Stick with a grounded, oral surgeron who cares about his patients and job not about money (excess costs and side Botex business). My next implant will be a more professional dentist. My opinion...maybe Dr. Santarelli is better...I can't speak to him. But if you decide use off try him first. read more

I have had four implants done by Dr. Santarelli and they were all pretty much painless and healed fantastic. He even called in the evening after the procedure to see how I was feeling. You Don't usually get that from a Dr. himself. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They answer my questions before I ask them. They are the greatest. read more

I do not recommend going here. They try to charge false fees and make threats. The main reason i will be going elsewhere for services.

My experience was horrible. I was fully awake through the entire extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth. I am not a young teen, I tried to tell them I could feel everything and they covered my eyes and held me down. After he was done he walked out of the room and the assistant led me down the hall to another room. She was quite surprised that I walked entirely on my own to the room and was fully awake and not affected by the meds that they must have forgotten to give me. My husband came to the room and was surprised how wide awake I was, I told him because they didn't put me out. I basically could have driven myself home! To top it off, they are still trying to bill me for extra general anesthesia! They contact your insurance up front, have you pay the full amount before extraction, which I did but then bill you more after the procedure! I have been hounded by them for $81 for extra general anesthesia... go figure! read more
