There seems to be general confusion about how appointments are created. In addition, I was provided the wrong information about who to have a referral created for and I was told this only once I got in for my appointment, despite having provided the referral a week earlier. The scheduling process is in disarray and there is very little communication between the management and the patient. The fact that I cannot call the specific office where my appointment is is ridiculous. I only go here because this is where my longtime dermatologist is currently working - as soon as she leaves, I will not be back.

Why would she feel the need to say that to me since she's not even the front desk receptionist who takes the payment??
