Some staff members who have been there for several months still appear to be learning proper technique for laser hair treatments. There does not appear to be an on-site manager actively overseeing operations. The fact that I cannot call the specific office where my appointment is is ridiculous. Why would she feel the need to say that to me since she's not even the front desk receptionist who takes the payment?? There was no care, helpfulness, a genuine smile, patient service or kindness from her. And that's uncommon, as all the staff here is usually very nice, polite, and friendly. Maybe she was just having an off morning. But still, I don't think that's a proper justification.
