The scheduling process is in disarray and there is very little communication between the management and the patient. The fact that I cannot call the specific office where my appointment is is ridiculous. I only go here because this is where my longtime dermatologist is currently working - as soon as she leaves, I will not be back.

I said that I wasn't sure and the doctor said a nurse would come check in but no one did. She then shrugged again and said, "well if that's what the doctor said..." Why would she feel the need to say that to me since she's not even the front desk receptionist who takes the payment??
