I recently went for a procedure and didn't find the nurse who came into the room friendly or helpful at all. Once the doctor was done, she said to wait and the nurse would come to check in on me. She never did and when I went to walk out, the nurse gave me a weird look, almost annoyed I was still there. I asked if I'm good to go and she shrugged and said, "I guess so." I said that I wasn't sure and the doctor said a nurse would come check in but no one did. She then shrugged again and said, "well if that's what the doctor said..." She then proceeded to say, "That's $400 up front" (I was getting a cosmetic procedure.) LOL as if I didn't know what I needed to pay? Why would she feel the need to say that to me since she's not even the front desk receptionist who takes the payment?? There was no care, helpfulness, a genuine smile, patient service or kindness from her. And that's uncommon, as all the staff here is usually very nice, polite, and friendly. Maybe she was just having an off morning. But still, I don't think that's a proper justification. The doctor (afterwards, I saw her in passing and mentioned that the nurse didn't come in to check on me / let me know I'm good to leave) did say they were a bit short staffed that morning.

Had several visits with this PA and was able to treat accordingly due to inexperienced. Provided steroids which duh - basic 101. Finally was so annoyed by her nonsense and had to find a more experienced with a higher degree and experience dermo outside of this facility. DE eczema and she unable to undiagnosed because I was told she has never seen anything like this skin condition before and don't know what else to do me..really??? pathetic. Moreover during my shortened appointment the doctor made a point of continuously telling me that my conditions were not medical conditions, which I do not believe is true. She did not want to help me and she did nothing to help me. Needless to say I will never return to this practice.

It in fact left a quarter-sized hole in my chest, that has turned into a raised, discolored scar, and shows where every stitch was. I was very upset, and went in to have them look at it. They were completely unsympathetic and told me "we can't predict how things will scar". I never would have agreed to the procedure if I thought this outcome would be a possibility. I have worn scar tape and used scar creams for over a year now, and it still looks terrible. Like someone put a cigar out on my chest. It shows in almost every shirt I wear and makes me constantly self-conscious. All for a tiny freckle, that they only thought MIGHT become something bad in the future. I will never go back there and would caution others to think twice and ask more questions than I did before agreeing to any procedures they recommend.

Dr. Yushuvaev seemed to be the most knowledgeable doc out of the 3 I've seen. He explained the procedure, post-treatment, and what to expect. I chose Hairsthetics based on the answers I received and how at-ease they made me feel during the consultation. The final results are nothing short of phenomenal. I love my new hair. They are plainly very knowledgeable in their field and more than willing not only to apply their knowledge directly, but also to communicate it to their patients in an understandable and relevant way, answering any questions that are asked and even answering any questions that you should have asked but haven't. I never feel as though the visit is rushed; although surely they must have to limit the time spent with each patient, there will be no doubt that if they thought it necessary, they would find a way to make as much time as needed. I should add also that the office is pleasant and spacious, the waiting time is almost always minimal and the staff is friendly and efficient. It should also be noted that they all seem really to enjoy the practice of medicine, even in this day and age when one can hardly blame many physicians for thinking about an early retirement, and when directly offered the opportunity to bitch a little, they seem wholly disinclined to take up the offer, but rather there is an unfeigned and immediate protestation that they love practicing medicine and expect to do it for a long time. I suppose that I ought to make at least one criticism, if not for the sake of completeness, then at least to add a little balance, and consequently a little more ready credibility, to this assessment, so I shall pause for a bit and return with something [several hours later, brains racked] Well, the Wi-Fi isn't that strong. In fact, it's kind of weak. Also, when I am sitting in the waiting room and trying to see the sign at the front desk with the Wi-Fi password, I cannot read it, even with my glasses on, and so I must get up off my ass and walk up closer to it. I went back and as before the staff and Doc was unbelievable amazing. I briefly met a patient who was four weeks post and had the opportunity to pose a few questions to her. I thought that was pretty nice chance to chat with someone who had gone through what I was about to do. Before, during, after and all follow ups to this day everyone has been so helpful, professional and encouraging. From Jen the receptionist to Wammy the nurse and the other nurse. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. But everyone has been the best! Just down to earth and put you at ease. Dr. Pakeman. You are an amazing human and an exceptional doctor. Your patience and noticiable skills are just remarkable. I've always felt at ease whenever I sit in that chair. I trust you entirely more than I trust myself. I always walk out feeling valued and cared for. Thanks to you and your incredible staff for doing remarkable work at making us feel like to star that we all are.
