Unprofessional staff. Spent 30 mins waiting for the doctor after the med tech finished with me…read more Peeked my head out to remind staff that im waiting for the doctor, staff member with black curly hair rudely dismissed me. When the doctor came she barely paid mind to my skin condition, dismissed it and tried to sell me a cream they sell. Felt like a huge waste of time. Are they a dermatology practice or are they in the business of selling dermotology supplies?

I was seen on time…read moreand the young lady who prepped me for the visit was extremely nice and helpful however when the doctor came in the room with his assistant my experienced went left. His assistant did not even acknowledge me she sat in the chair and did not even look at me, when the doctor came in the room he closed the door and looked at me and asked me what was the reason for my visit mind you the whole time he was standing by the door, I expressed that I went to see him because I had developed a rash all over my body which was very uncomfortable and that would make me scratch myself to the point I would bleed I described the rash he immediately diagnosed me with having eczema and told me to stay moisturized and said he would send a prescription to my pharmacy. I automatically got defensive because I work at a doctor's office as a doctor's assistant. I asked the doctor how are you sending a prescription to my pharmacy without even examining me. Mind you all this time I still had my coat on I asked him are you not even going to examine me and actually take a look at my rash . He immediately got upset and asked me "So you actually want me to take a look at it" and I said yes that is the reason I came to see a doctor, he had the rude nurse give me a gown and when he came back he stood like 6 feet from me and took a 3 second glance at my leg and said yes yes its eczema did not even look at me in the face or ask me if I had any questions or concerns and brushed me off and left the room. When I went to the front desk to pay my copay the receptionist wanted to schedule a follow up appointment which I declined, I expressed to her that I was not ever coming back to this doctor because how would he be able to follow up on something he did not even examine . My visit with the doctor was less than 5 minutes and her answer was to try and not make a late appointments because at the end of the day doctors are rushing to leave. If doctor Mike David feels overwhelmed towards the end of the day may be he should cut his hours. It was not like he was doing me a favor to see me at that time, that appointment time was offered when scheduling. Not everyone has the opportunity to make early day appointments, people that work sometimes can't afford to be flexible. The doctor saw me for 5 minutes but submitted a claim to my insurance like he actually examined me, My opinion is that he is very rude and unprofessional including his assistant, I would not recommend this practice to anyone, at the end of the day you are a doctor and as a patient I went to you putting my health in your hands the least you could have done was actually examined me and act concerned as a doctor with every patient you see you put your license at risk.

Unprofessional and lack of communication…read more I booked an appointment months ago After being recommended by a friend. I Received two friendly reminders which was on the Monday prior to the appointment and the day before the appointment. I arrived to the appointment 15 mins prior to be told that the PA-C Moises no longer works there. I traveled almost 2 hours for this visit. The reception told me she booked me with a different person. I would not recommend this place due to unprofessionalism. I do understand that we now use AI to contact our customer and patients but I do think someone should've did their due diligence to personally reach out or email Moises patients.

The register Elvia yelled at me and saying I don't know what's your problem. Her tone was out of order. When I saw the P.A Jessica, she asked why are you here, and I showed her that I have pimples and cysts on my face. She said there's nothing wrong with your face, and she said you don't need any shots on the pimples and cyst, and she said you can go to the Brooklyn location, they can give you shots on them, and she's not going to do it. And she walked out of the room. I was so shocked she didn't even bother to check my face to see the cyst's size. She could have put a glove on and checked the cyst and pimples, but she didn't bother to do that; she just walked out of the room and sent the medical assistant Kristen to do the chemical peel. After the chemical peel, I asked Kristen for lotion to put on my face, she threw it on the counter and walked off. I have never been treated like that, and I'm a long-time patient with Infinity Dermatology. This location is horrible; Infinity Dermatology located at 1245 Southern Blvd in the Bronx. These three women made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't belong there. I've never had such an experience in my life. I do not wish these women to be fired. However, Infinity Dermatology needs to provide staff workshops on Anti-bias training and Diversity. Registration Elvia Medical assistant Kristen P.A Jessica

The dermatologist kept focusing on whether the issue was "noticeable" or not, as if my only concern was cosmetic, when I was actually there because I wanted real answers about what was going on with my body. She also brushed it off as possibly being an allergy, without giving me much reason or explanation, and then suggested I stop using Burt's Bees because of the fragrance.... that advice felt like an afterthought rather than a thorough evaluation. What bothered me most was the way she spoke to me... trying to appeal to vanity instead of actually listening. I never said I cared about what it looked like; I wanted clarity and to feel taken seriously. I walked out with no reassurance, no useful plan, and honestly more confused than when I walked in. I even had asked if we could test the spot and swab for more information and she dismissed the idea saying that it was just an irritated hair. If you're looking for a dermatologist who really listens, validates your concerns, and digs deeper instead of brushing things off, I would recommend going elsewhere.

But the blood clot medication was not working. I had to be in the hospital on the IV for 3 days.  I couldn't move, drive, walk, I was in a wheel chair. Then they said my chemo stopped working. Then I started to wear all of the Photo Therapy patches you recommended. I did those every day faithfully.  I lived with my sister, because she was taking care of me. Now I take care of myself, I can walk, run, I can drive. I am able to do work around the house. And fully take care of myself. So I moved out of my sisters house. And a lot of my protocols that I was doing before, went by the wayside. I wasn't doing all the things I was doing in my therapy. And I started to feel something was off. So I remembered what I was doing before. And one thing was the patches. I started to wear them again, and have been wearing them for 2.5 weeks again. I have a lot more energy now. I was wearing patches for 3-4 month, in 2022. After that, in Nov 2022, they did X rays, and the doctor said that my lungs look better than 2021.  I have a girlfriend who is doing chemo and she said, I wish I did what you did, take my health into my own hands. And do all these alternative protocols.  I did chemo 4 times before and it didn't work. And it made me extremely exhausted.  My Chiropractor told me, you look like walking death. He thought I was going to die that year. And now I can run. I breathe better. I have more energy. I can drive, which is huge. I take care of myself. And my Chiropractor said I want to know everything you are doing. What I would say to a person who is curious but scared, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. The patches regenerate your stem cells. I haven't seen any products that can do that. That's what intrigued me because you need new stem cells all the time when you have cancer.
