This place is ridiculous. They make you come in 3x as if people don't have jobs. AND make you pay a copay EACH time for nothing but a consultation or to fill out forms. Then you have your appointment for a removal and they make you wait an hour past your appointment. It's so chaotic and unorganized. Plus they do the removal in one site but then you must travel to a different site to see the plastic surgeon. So you are traveling to different sites in one day. read more

Dr Louisa Tift is just ok, I've been a patient here for a long time and I haven't had any crazy medical or skin issues. She knows what she's doing but is booked every 10-15 minutes so she rushes through every single appt like she'd rather be anywhere else. Typically I only see her for a maximum of 4 minutes and that's not an exaggeration, the nurses take care of majority of the appt and she steps in at the last second to do whatever and then she's out. I'm not making this review bc of Dr Tift though... I'm making it bc whomever answers the phone to book her appointments is incredibly rude and childish, I was in the middle of making my appointment and the call dropped from lack of service, nothing I can control and I did not hang up on her... her assuming I hung up on her, responded in an extremely unprofessional and childish way, when I called back I was put on a wait queue and when I finally got through she immediately hung up on me. So I did the whole thing again, called, spoke to a computer, got on the queue, and then again I finally get through and she hangs up the phone again immediately..... that's so immature and childish and I hope she is reprimanded because I have a real life and I'm tryin to make these appointments on my lunch break at work, I don't have time for this petty and childlike bullshit, I'm sorry but after all that, I'd rather go anywhere else, such a disgusting display and so infuriating. read more

I was scheduled to see Dr Whang at 8am, but his secretary doesn't come in until 8:30 so i had to wait to be seen. He then calls me in at 9 and rushed through a full body skin test. 8.25.20 Terrible experience! I wanted a have a mole removed & so I called to make an appointment. The secretary made me an appt with the cosmetic surgeon after I explained what I wanted. I waited 1 hour to see Dr. Goldstein, who is an elderly man. He kept saying that he couldn't answer my questions about moles because he's not a dermatologist & appeared frustrated. I told him I don't understand why I was made to see him if he couldn't help me? He replied, "I don't know either". So I paid a $30 co-pay for this 2 minute conversation? Terrible service. The hired staff that controls the calls that come in are horrible! Hold time is very long often and then you may get disconnected. The transfer does not work when you want to talk to someone is billing. OMG do they want to get paid??? The doctors are great but they need to hire people who care about being professional. It felt like my time with him was rushed, but he did explain his thoughts (needed blood work to further explore the issue) and suggestions thoroughly. I have been going to this practice for years. When I was young I was a lifeguard for many years. Because of my extensive sun exposure, I have been treated for melanoma, basil cells and carcinomas. Dr. Wang has saved my life many times over by identifying these cancers. Dr. Tift and Dr. Davis have performed successful surgeries on me. I owe my life to this practice. It is so difficult to find knowledgeable and compassionate specialists in this area. I knew within my first visit that Dr. Tift was amazing! In fact-she proved it in every one of my encounters with her for management of my severe acne. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I went in for a "sensitive" matter and met with Dr. Rosen. Even before looking at the affected area, he wanted to do a whole body check - to be thorough. He had a hunch of what the issue was, took a swab and came back 15 minutes later. I was a bit shocked and impressed when he said he looked at the sample under the microscope and had diagnosed me and was able to point to the evidence all while I waited! It turns out I have psoriasis and have had it for over 10 years. Previous doctors completely missed this and some even misdiagnosed me. I was delighted when he gave me information to read, sample medication and helpful tips on how to cope with the symptoms. I have been a patient of both Dr. Tift and Dr. Rosen for almost 2 years. Both of them exceeded my expectations! I recently started bringing my 11 year old daughter because of a rash on her fingers. Sadly I have to say...I have gone to see Dr Rosen on several occasions and he is genuine old school type of doctor in the sense he does an exam and takes his time explaining things to you...but... the front desk is usually rude and abrupt on the rare chance they aren't it's because there is someone new. The other thing is they schedule horribly and of the last 2 trips to this office I have waited over an hour past my appointment time. This time I just walked out and will look for a new dermatologist. That's too bad because I genuinely like Dr Rosen. Dr. Rosen is an amazing dermatologist I couldn't ask for a better doc. The staff is always nice whenever I come in and the office is pretty big so there's always ample seating. The reason for my 3 stars? The wait! Oh my god be prepared! Today I waited an hour to be seen and that's only because I scheduled an early appointment. Anything later then 10-11 you'll be waiting hours. I've come in and rescheduled appointments because I was waiting too long. MY baby was referred to Dr. Rosen when she developed some bumps on her skin. The office was great about setting an appointment within the week. Dr. Rosen was really thorough and explained what was going on with our child's skin-and quick to reassure us when I started to over worry about what caused the flare up in the first place. He went thru the treatment steps a handful of times and even answered my hypotheticals with patience and a lot of professionalism. I've had 3 appointments with this place, My first was a consult with Dr. Whang, I waited in the room for almost half an hour for him to look at me for less than 5 minutes and tell me I would have to be seen by someone else in the office. I felt he was a bit abrupt but I said OK, and went on to make my next appointment. When I walked over to the other side to make an appointment with Dr. Goldstein, I was told to wait for "Jessica" because she was the one who had to make appointments, while waiting for her, the other receptionists were talking about Jessica saying that they didn't know where she was and that she "better get out here and actually work" something I found to be very unprofessional, but again ignored and continued on to make my appointment. I made my appointment for the following week and was called to confirm which I did. I was called the day before my appointment and told that Dr. Goldstein does not accept my insurance and that I would have to reschedule with Dr. Olhoffer. I was annoyed because I took off from work for the appointment but I rescheduled. I took another day off from work and confirmed once again. My appointment was scheduled today at 2:30 and I was called today by "Amanda" at 10 am to be told that Dr. Olhoffer could not see me because she was not able to do the procedure that was necessary for me and that I would have to go somewhere else. I am beyond annoyed at their lack of professionalism and disregard for people's time. These are all things that should have been addressed as I was making the appointments or while I was in consult with Dr. Whang. I will not be going to this office again and I recommend that if you do you double, triple and even quadruple check everything with them because of their careless mistakes. read more

Dr. Tift is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have had and she takes the time to listen to her patients. She is thorough and patient and up to date on all novel products on the market. I also had a surgical procedure done by Dr. Goldstein. He was quick and I was very pleased with the surgical results. Dr. Rosen's hospitality and dermatology skills are impeccable. He always enters the office dressed to impress with a welcoming smile and a warm handshake. Im a college student and my whole family (mom, dad, sister) goes to him on a regular basis. I first went to him for dry patches that I had on my skin. I was very worried but in no time he explained that it was eczema, educated me with the help of pictures, and gave me a quick and easy treatment plan. Within days, the patches on my arm began to notably change and no longer itch. I returned to him a couple months later for the frequent acne I was getting on my face. I never had acne as much before so I was really worried. He talked me through the treatment and explained other measures I could take to prevent further damage. The medicine took a little while to work (which he explained) but once it did I began to see big differences. My friends now compliment me on my skin and it looks better than it has in years. My sister also has severe acne and he treats her as well. Her skin has made wonderful progress all due to him. I just had a check up a couple of days ago for a refill and also some other concerns with my scalp. He is always eager to help and so has vast knowledge of dermatology.
