I was concerned about skin cancer and moles. I was with the guy maybe 2 min. It felt so rushed & complete waste of time as I left just as unassured as when I came in. I also have very dry skin on my cheeks at times. He told me to use Cetaphil. Ha thanks doc, when I have a fever should I take tylenol too? I asked afterwards where Dr Lu was as she specialized in skin cancer detection & my apt was with her.. The staff said she was off that day. What? So why make my apt for that day when I called and asked specifically for her? I will tell you why. I looked up the Dr Ragi and he has been previously suspended for groping women in the past. They think they are slick and fill his days up with new patients whom they think may be oblivious bc no one who knows what he did will be seen by him.
