Just look at the pictures below where boxes are pile on each other carelessly, crushed, NOT caring if a boxed was marked Fragile, or this side Up. They do NOT have reliable handlers. They are hourly people paid minimum wage who will NOT give a shit about your things. I moved from Philadelphia to Florida, and they transfer everything to another truck in the Atlanta HQ. This is where and probably how it happened. Late at night, with a broken Wall Unit leg, Antique Orient Table legs broken. I have move many times, corporate movers, local movers and never has my furniture been chipped, scratched or broken. The company should file for bankruptcy because NO ONE should use them. In fact, the still have NOT Delivered a Shelf they found a week later, probably will NOT see it again! They have it and acknowledge missing transferring it. The red flag were many, but I was accepting blind to them. 1) Poor Reviews (Accurate) 2) Could NOT get Third Party Movers Insurance (i.e MovingInsurance.com) because of DOT complaints 3) Worried about receiving my moving quickly (for another $300 guaranteed) Please find another company, save yourself

The service was also fantastic and communication was done through text message and phone call. They brought dumpster within 1 day of me requesting it, each time. The dumpsters are in great condition and not falling apart. On the first occasion, the dumpster was not picked up on the scheduled day, but we got an extra week from it. The second time, it was dropped off and picked up exactly as scheduled. On the 3rd occasion, I put i request in online, but something went wrong with the system and it was not delivered on the requested day. I called and they fixed the error and upgraded my dumpster size for free. In addition, I also requested an additional 4 days past the 10 days for a total of 14 days. They picked it up a week after that, giving me a total of 25 days with it. This company is very lenient and willing to work with you. Just give them respect as well and work with them like they are people you are renting from and not just some company. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
