These guys have been around for a long time. With pop-up shops constantly opening (and quickly closing) I think it's better to go to a reputable place that you know won't disappear overnight on you! I've trusted these guys to tint the windows on 3 brand new cars over the last 6 years or so. Yes, they will cost you a little bit more than SOME places but seriously if you live in Florida do you want to skimp on something as important as sun protection?!? I've never had any issues with their tint bubbling, peeling, fogging, etc. They offer different films based on what each customer wants = individualized service Also had them program an alarm remote for my husbands car. He had lost his key fob, didn't know what type of non-factory alarm was installed, had no information to offer these guys whatsoever and in about 30 minutes they had a new fob programmed and ready for him for under $100! Also, there is a good chance that something will get messed up, and the entire staff will gang up on you and deny any wrong doing. The five-year-old Jag I bought had leather and microsuede (cloth) upholstery that had been spray painted by the seller to look good, but was impossible to make look clean. The only solution was to reupholster. AutoStyles was the second vendor I visited, but was so impressive that I looked no further. Treatment of the Customer was exemplary. Their knowledge and craftsmanship was superb. The price was competitive and fair. Frank and Jacob spent all the time I needed to make the correct decisions on style, color, and material, even though I was not yet ready to place an order. It was a comfortable decision. Additionally they replaced some bad window tinting, and did it beautifully. As an engineer and a perfectionist I admit to being very hard to please, but they succeeded. Recommended? Absolutely. Had a really frustrating experience here. We brought our new truck in to have Bluetooth installed. We'd purchased the truck less than a week previously. My husband showed them where he wanted the button, the guy said okay, we went to wait. When finally it was done, we went and saw that instead of installing the button where he'd asked, they'd installed it directly behind the steering wheel, where the driver can't see it. My husband demonstrated this to the guy, who said oh yeah, that doesn't work. We'll move it. Went back to wait again. By the time they finished the second time, we'd been there nearly 6 hours. Come to find out that they'd moved the button to where we'd originally asked, but that in order to cover up the glue-filled hole from the original bad install, they painted the panel light blue. The rest of the interior is dark grey. Did I mention we'd bought the truck just a few days earlier? At this point they were closing so we left. My husband bought a product to remove the blue paint, and we found that beneath it, they had sanded the piece so it's now completely scratched up and looks terrible. So our options are to leave our new truck with a damaged dashboard, or purchase a new panel ourselves. These guys 1, didn't listen to our request; 2, didn't know how to install a Bluetooth button which is, ostensibly, their job to know; and 3, somehow thought that painting part of the dashboard a noticeably different color was a perfectly reasonable course of action. I would not go back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

Brought my car in to install Hid foglights and replaced hid lamps with 6000k versions. Do NOT get Phillips ultinon d3s bulbs they literally suck when used with projectors you can not wen tell headlights are on. Fortunately my foglights are bright enough for the entire road. Took the car for window tint. Came back to pick it up and the window weather strips is cut and hanging. They said it was wear and tear but it was clearly cut with a razor when putting the film on. But they never admitted. Took it to dealer and had Yo pay to fix it. Before you take your car in, take pictures of all windows and make sure the guy sees there is no cuts before they get started. read more

Let's see before going to Autostyles I had been doing some research and even got a few quotes. 1st auto shop quoted me a decent price but couldn't get me in for 3 weeks and was an hour away. 2nd auto shop quoted me $2K for a setup that would have been overkill and when I asked how they planned to secure the box they said they didn't plan to but they offered to use velcro...I don't think so. 3rd auto shop never even called me back Bill @ Autostyles worked with me to get the perfect sub for what I wanted and made sure it was perfectly mounted. In addition, I decided to upgrade my front speakers. They also fit me in the very next week. The system is a beast and I highly recommend these guys to anyone! read more

Went in because I had a sound problem with my subwoofer that they had installed three years ago. I was under the suspicion that it was a wiring problem. When I went to the store the guy who helped me ragged on my system calling it crap and that's why it wasn't working. He was super disrespectful and very rude and unprofessional. He got upset when I even mentioned it could've been a wiring fault on their part. He had a huge ego and kept on saying how he's got 30 years of experience and he knows that they wouldn't do something that would break. He claimed that I must've done something to screw it up. After this I went to another shop and in 2 minutes they figured out the problem (big surprise it was the wiring) and fixed in in an hour. I normally never leave reviews on places but this experience with this shop was so bad I had too. He was rude and egotistical he didn't even really look that hard into the wiring because he was so sure it was my subs Also I should add before this happened, my car wasn't starting so I checked the battery and it was leaking acid everywhere, after I cleaned it I saw screw driver pry marks near where they installed the power for my subs. It add leaked so much acid it had completely eaten through my battery connector leaving it barely attached ready to fall of at any moment. I have a brand new car and I've never taken it to the dealer for work so they were the first and only people to take off my battery connectors. I fixed it on my own but it just goes to show that they don't take their time in making sure they do things right My overall experience with this place was horrible. Found Auto Styles by searching BBB for Tinting business. They have a perfectly clean record for the last 3 years, and it's obvious why. They are a friendly, professional, quick business. They do mostly dealership jobs so they have tons of experience. They back everything they do with a lifetime warranty against peeling and bubbling, etc being fixed no-questions asked. We had some concerns with the type of tint my wife wanted, and they were instantly willing to work with us to make the sale. I'm very satisfied with our choice of shops. Got aftermarket door locks installed here and the system broke after about three years. I called up and the gentleman that answered the phone said it sounded like a problem I should take to the dealership. I spent two hours at the dealership and they told me it was an aftermarket motor and therefore it wasn't covered under the 5 yr warranty. I took the car back to autostyles and they said they had no record of who installed the power door lock motor since it wasn't on my receipt. Only the keyless entry was. So at this point, apparently no one has installed my aftermarket door lock motors. They told me the wire was broken and they'll fix it for me "considerably cheaper" than the dealer would. I don't know about the mysterious motor issue but the after market door locking system didn't last after getting keyless entry installed at Autostyles. When it breaks though, they'll fix their work cheaper than a dealership would. read more

Got Windows tinted and a double din nav unit installed. Window tint is perfect, no complaints. About 2 months after getting the radio installed, it stopped working. Worked with Kenwood and they wanted me to RMA it. Got it taken out at a shop closer to home , and the installer showed me where the wiring harness was not installed correctly and had shorted out. Took it back to Auto Styles and they agreed to replace the wiring harness but not perform any of the installation work. So it cost me another 200 dollars to remove and rewire the radio. All in all the work was good but since they caused the short in the wiring I would assume they would make it all right, not just replace the harness. read more

Customer Service is there Top Priority! and they delivered 2014 Ford Mustang Convertible: After seeing a you tube video showing them add a backup camera to the existing factory NAV system on a 2013 Mustang we wanted it. We live in Raleigh NC so we called and made an appointment left a deposit and they ordered the materials. About a week before they called to make sure that we were still on for the appointment . They said the materials were on hand and they were ready. As my wife and I were driving down we decided to see if they could punch up the level of the sound system with out changing the the head unit because my wife wanted to retain the factory look inside her car. You guest it they delivered again on top of that they could have told us that we need new speaker and they didn't they said the speakers were pretty heavy duty they just need more power. So they installed and adapter and installed a new JL amplifier to the 2 8 inch sub and wow rich clean bass. We sure did enjoy the music on the way home Sunday!!
