If I could give 10/5 stars I would!!!! 5 years ago I was dealing with some leg and back pain. After a few missed diagnoses, Dr. Blackburn and staff took one look at me and he could tell exactly what was wrong. After 3 days of 2x a day and then a single appt day, 4 days later I have very little pain, very little soreness, and have gained back my life. I dealt with the pain by myself for 2 years with no professional help after 3 years of nothing that was working. So here's the review of the facility and staff- Easy to spot from Kent Kangley!! Green building and white roof! (How have I never noticed this before is beyond me lol) The staff at checkin are so kind! I walk in and they greet me by name, they always have smiles on their faces, they genuinely care about you. The rooms are well lit and very spacious! A ton, and truly mean a ton, of magical equipment there. Most rooms that I have seen are equipped with some equipment. Tables are clean and well taken care of. They don't have a gross feeling to them and are prettttyyyy comfortable! Now, the best part. The doctor. DR.Blackburn is hands down, the BEST doctor I have ever met. He honestly does care about you and your well being. He knows exactly what to do, exactly what to feel for, he knows how to fix it and does NOT leave you in pain. Soreness, yes - but that is 100% to be expected. Dr. Blackburn goes above and beyond for his patients. As stated before, I dealt with pain for 2 years alone and when he got me last monday I could hardly walk, let alone straight and balanced. He is generally closed on the weekend however said he would make accommodations if I needed!!! Who seriously does that?!?! Thankfully his magic hands and equipment have done fantastic jobs and have not needed to reach out for an adjustment! With his 25+ years of experience, his countless degrees and knowledge, I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this place. Tell your friends, check him out, you won't be disappointed!!!!!!! Update: Recently injured my upper back and neck on the job... couldn't turn my head left/right, or look down without stabbing pain. I have an active job that requires mobility & strength and Dr. Blackburn was absolutely essential to my recovery!! I was referred by a friend to this specific chiropractic office after I suffered from serious car accident injuries to my spinal cord and neck, and I do not regret my decision whatsoever. Unfortunately, in my specific case, I will never be able to fully recover to one-hundred percent prior to the car accident, but I can say that I have reached as close to normal as possible because of Dr. Blackburn. In the late spring of 2016, I was able to backpack from Lisbon, Portugal to Northern Spain for three weeks and with a 30 pound pack, without difficulty. Ok so I'm going to preface this by saying I personally had great results when I went after I was in an accident ..... sadly I can't say the same for my good friend, he is a speech disabled man and was treated poorly due to his condition... they insisted he had someone with him at every apt. (He goes to doctors on a semi regular basis and has never experienced this issue) he's fully functioning other than being unable to speak, but understands perfectly fine... he felt like they were treating him like a child ...my adult son did go with him when he could, then they insisted he needed an mri (he already had ct scans done) when his primary care asked why and stated there shouldn't be anything that can't be seen on the ct scan(which showed no injury that would require more testing) not only did they not give a reason for requesting the test but refused to see him again.... if you can't handle disabled patients just say so from the first apt. Don't take disabled patients since you can't treat them with the respect they deserve. read more

Flat out the best experience at a chiropractor or PT that I could have asked for. Within minutes of arriving Dr. Blackburn was able to identify multiple issues that I had been struggling with for years, with minimal feedback from myself. It is evident that through his past (and continuing) education and experience that he has the knowledge and ability to effectively treat a variety of conditions. Additionally, the staff here is phenomenal. I felt welcome by everyone from the front desk staff through techs up to Dr. Blackburn. I truly felt that each person cared about me and genuinely wanted to help me improve. Initially I visited Dr. Blackburn to treat a shoulder injury. Through multiple tests, we identified some genetic issues in the shoulder, but Dr. Blackburn also solicited other doctors in the area and some that he had worked with in the past (with my consent of course) to provide the most accurate and complete diagnosis. He provided multiple options and clearly articulated the pros/cons for each scenario. Lastly, Dr. Blackburn had identified that I suffered from a form of vertigo which had been affecting my balance and coordination for years. Using the Gyrostim and a combination of other exercises, we were able to successfully improve my balance and coordination. He also provided options to continue treatment at home as a more cost-effective solution. Overall, I never felt like this was a business other than the collection of very knowledgeable people in one place. I felt at home and truly felt that each member of the staff had a genuine personal interest in my well-being and recovery. I've seen Dr. Blackburn for my ankle & knee (I used to run miles a day), Dr. Lorie for a bizarre shoulder and arm injury, Kelly for deep tissue massages (she has amazing hands!), and Dr. Storm for naturopathic care. Everyone is so incredibly knowledgeable and have done 10x more for me than any PCP. Words cannot express how THANKFUL I am for Dr Blackburn! Not only is he an AMAZING doctor, he is truly gifted at what he does. Under Dr Blackburn's care, within 2 months, my teenage daughter went from having from 2 years of chronic soccer related injuries and 1 year of constant hip pain, to now being able to play soccer PAIN FREE! After enduring a year of hip pain, misdiagnoses from other physical therapists and doctors, I took my daughter to see Dr Blackburn. At this point, things were so bad, we were starting to think she wouldn't be able to play competitive soccer anymore. In fact her hip was now starting to hurt even when she walked. At my daughter's first appointment with Dr Blackburn, he spent a lot of time talking to both of us about EVERYTHING that had been going on with her injuries dating back to the time they started (2 years ago). What immediately impressed me was he wasn't asking the same basic questions that everyone else had asked. As my daughter and I shared all the details, he began taking her through a series of tests to isolate the pain points and all the different scenarios that were (and were not) causing the pain. I sat there dumbfounded because NO ONE, not even some of the "best" doctors in Seattle had asked these questions or put her through these different tests. He wasn't doing the cookie cutter assessment that we'd become so familiar with, or just going through the motions, he was gathering every piece of data he could to really understand what was going on with HER specific situation. It was then he diagnosed and explained the problem, and told us that it was absolutely something that could be reversed. My daughter says Dr Blackburn is "the smartest person I know." :) And the great news is that in 2 months of working with Dr Blackburn, she is back on the field and playing soccer WITHOUT PAIN!!! Not only that, it's like the weight of the world has been lifted off her shoulders, and she can once again go back to enjoying the game she loves so much. She's still working with Dr Blackburn on strengthening and working on the issues that caused these injuries and the chronic pain in the first place. This is not like any other Chiropractic clinic I've been to, in that they incorporate many different modalities to get you to a pain free state i.e. adjustments, massage, PT, decompression, home self-care etc.. Everyone in the office is very caring, nice and helpful. I'm a very active person and it's extremely important to me that I'm able to continue to be, however, I've been struggling with a couple injuries for over a year now that have forced me to stop running and has given me continued pain with exercising and my activities. After receiving a couple months of treatments at the clinic, I've achieved pain relief, learned more home self-care, and even started running again (after having stopped running a year ago). I was recommended to Dr Blackburn by my physician after I got into a car accident. I have never been one to see the point of chiropractic rehab, but Dr Blackburn showed me the way like the Good Witch showed Dorothy the yellow brick road! He is amazing. His staff is super friendly and I always felt warm and welcomed. They have a nifty lumbar machine that required you to be strapped in the a machine that literally pulls you at your lumbar. WHOA! It makes a difference, and plus I got to watch DVD tv while in the machine. They offer blankets to make you more comfortable. There was never a long wait and the lobby was always comfortable, complete with massage chairs or a heating pad if you need them. On my first visit, the paperwork killed my writing hand... but thats to be expected. And Dr Blackburn actually came out to tell me that he would be working on a patient and that patient is in a lot of pain and will most likely make a lot of noise, and that I need not worry, that he doesnt cause pain like this, but that he is trying to fix his patients problem. A few weeks after my accident I didnt need to see the Dr anymore, but if I ever need to see a chiro or rehab for any reason again, Dr Blackburn is MY WIZARD OF OZ!!! DREW ever since for my injuries and I have to say my car accident may have been a blessing in disguise! Rebound is THE place to go for excellent care by a full staff that genuinely cares about you!!! I have been going to Rebound for the past year and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is amazing!! The ladies at the front desk are always personable and help start your day off right with a smile. They are always willing to work with my chaotic work schedule to get me in. The physical therapists are fantastic. They show me exercises to do at home, then email them to me so I remember the routine and continue to do them correctly. They have even sent me home with resistance bands to do the exercises. And Dr. Blackburn and Dr. Drew... they are the greatest chiropractors I've been to!!! Their methods and techniques are always effective and actually last. They always explain what is going on with me to where I fully understand and then walk me through what treatment is needed for correcting the issue.
