I have a lot to talk about here. We will start with the owners. Brian, the gentleman that I had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with was probably one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. You can see this is not just a job to him. THIS IS HIS PASSION. Customers are not just numbers to him. He genuinely cares about his customers and does everything in his power to make sure you are taken care of. This is an incredibly expensive sport, and he wants everyone to be able to enjoy it, and help grow this community by making sure he is incredibly fair with his pricing. I have never seen someone make sure the customer is taken care of on price so much. Now we will get to the products. These guys have perfected their products. I honestly don't think there is a way I could critique their design, workmanship, or materials even if I tried. They make some of the most INCREDIBLE looking wheels I have ever seen. The look is one thing, but the build is next level. You can tell these guys do not compromise when it comes to pure quality materials, quality assurance, or workmanship. When I tell you these things are BULLETPROOF I mean it. My entire crew runs Valor wheels and tires, and we have beat the absolute crud out of them and the products just take it. With the way the industry has gone now, it is incredibly hard to find products that don't just fall apart after a little abuse. These will take it on the chin. I hope everyone in the off-road community has the pleasure of being able to find this GEM of a company and be able to have a company have their backs like Valor does. Last month, I had the same check engine light come on. I brought it to the shop, and also got my oil changed. My first complaint is the oil change was $70. That's ridiculous. Second, they couldn't determine what the issue was, yet still charged us for labor. This month, the check engine light came on again. After such a bad experience, we went to a different shop and this shop told us the catalytic converter was bad. Not sure what horrible off brand they used, but catalytic converters are supposed to last for ten years. Yes, this shop has great customer service, but I can't help feeling like I was scammed by them. Update: The owner did call me, which I do appreciate, and did ask if there was anything that could be done--but unfortunately the damage is done.

I chose to go the paintless repair route. I picked Patriot Dent Repair and I'm glad I did. Jacob did an incredible job. My ding was on the bodyline of the car, which is the worst type of ding to repair. The whole point of paintless repair is to remove the dent without damaging the paint, and that is exactly what Jacob did. It turns out that Jacob is not just an employee, he's the owner, and it shows in the care he took in repairing my car. Highly recommend Patriot!

When I googled this part u can find it for 120.00. Also if you use your card to pay be prepared to be charged the fee. Mine was an extra 21.00. He said when my car was done it was gonna be 600, when I got there it was 768. Had I just bought the part myself n his labor was 196 I could've came out way cheaper. He also had to lyft me which was only 8 bucks n wouldn't let me use the 10% coupon cuz he paid for the lyft. He also stated he was going to look for a better gas cap n he did but failed to tell me it was 50 bucks! I could've probably found that cheaper on my own or at least been told hey just so u know I found a gas cap n it's gonna cost you this much n then let me decide if I wanted to spend that much. But the work got done n I can't complain it's only been a few weeks, n I did like that Ray was nice. Just wish he hadn't flip flopped with the cost. He turned out not being any cheaper than the other quotes minus the gas cap n credit card fees.
