While the staff was very nice, the doctor was both times over 20 minutes late to enter the exam room and was unwilling to listen. It took 5 months to get an initial appointment. I was hoping to get an annual physical. She told me that the first appointment was just to get acquainted and I would have to schedule another appointment. Two copays later, she was so abrupt and rude that we left her office vowing never to return. When I told her I wanted a physical exam, she asked me what I wanted one for. I am not a doctor, but have been led to believe that physical exams were a part of preventive care. I mentioned this to her and received a piercing look that made me question my understanding. While Adventist Health must certainly have good doctors at other locations, the facility in Templeton , CA is the absolute worst.

Dr. Bryden is our pediatrician and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She has always made feel comfortable and has given so much great advice. We have also seen other doctors over the years when we have had to change our appointment. Everyone we have encountered is patient and kind including the front desk ladies. I recommend Central Coast Pediatrics to friends and family even though it is a little bit of a drive for us. It is worth it for peace of mind with a caring staff, clean facility, and short wait times.
