This place is a joke ! None of the personnel greeted . Walked up to the counter and they just said sign in ! When I clearly told them , "I don't have an appointment "! They asked me to sign in .. waited for over an hour . I asked them if they had forgotten about me and they said they had to squeeze me in so it would be awhile .. why the hell didn't they tell me that when I signed in when I clearly asked them ! I could have made N appointment. Finally they come up to me and told me they could book me for the next day . I told them for whAt I've been waiting for over an hour I want to be seen . I have been here many times for many different services. MRI, Xrays, Ultrasounds multiple times. I have even brought my Children here. it is quiet, friendly and very efficient. All the staff have always been very friendly. They even let me sit with my 8yr old son while having a MRI of his foot. I will not go anywhere else. The best place for me and my family. Never again! I had to go to the Palmdale office to do a mammogram. I found the customer service to be poor and the experience of getting a mammogram stressful. These people are unprofessional and unorganized. I recently left a message to speak with the manager and never got a call back. I will never use their services again. read more

I have been to both Advanced Imaging Centers in the AV and have always been very pleased. I do my annual mamograms in Lancaster, but I have had MRI's, Ultrasound, Scans etc. done here. They are alwasy considerate and respect your privacy and comfort the best they can. I don't usually have much of a wait. It is important for peole to know that sometimes people who came in after you get called sooner and since they do many types of tests that does not mean they took someone before you for the type of test you are having done. And sometimes tests are rated as stat which might make a difference. read more

My wife had an Ultrasound done at Advanced Imaging Center in Palmdale. The scheduling department got us a same day appointment which was very convenient for us. The front desk girls are very nice and made us feel welcome. As soon as we checked in we were brought back right away. Our ultrasound tech, Taylor, was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained the exam to us and made sure my wife was comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend this location and imaging center to anyone! read more

Very nice staff good radiologists that work there. Had to get a few mri tests done and I am a clausterfobic. They sedated me to make me more comfortable. The staff are always good to me when I need an xray or other kind of test done. Very competent people and radiologists. They are the best imaging place in the av. Came in for a scan that was scheduled for 5:00 p.m. Someone who came in after me was just called. I've been here 45 minutes. The scan involves time-sensitive medication and I had to wait six hours from the time I took the medication. Every minute I'm now waiting the medication is being removed from my system by my kidneys. AIC already screwed up the first scheduled appointment. They're careening at a high rate of fuel consumption toward screwing up this second one. There will NOT be a third. read more

I have had several MRIs and CT scans here. They are fast and very courteous. The music through headphones during an MRI is your choce of style. After having a stroke and getting an MRI to check for damage, it takes quite a while for a head scan during which your head is braced and enclosed in an antenna "cage" can be a bit stressing. With country music and a well lit tunnel design of the MRI , I actually fell asleep inside. read more

Today was my first day at this Advanced imaging which is a 13 of March it was great for the beginning but once I asked for CD the lady told me to take 5 minutes and I've been here for 25 minutes and still lady forgot and now there's another latest taken over which she forgot I'll never come to this place again read more

I arrived at 8am for my 8:30 appt because I know I have paperwork to fill out. The office is new and nice, very modern and clean. There us about 3 of us total waiting to be seen. My biggest complaint right now is that my appt was for 8:30 and its currently 8:55 and I'm still sitting. I have another appt to get to in Edwards and concerned that I may not make that one in time. I purposely made and early appt so this wouldn't happen. The Lancaster location seems to move faster. I. Never a fan of just sitting. read more

This office is really nice inside but it's loud and the staff at the front desk are unorganized and kind of rude. The wait time was ridiculous. My tech was awesome though so that was a good thing. Hopefully they have my results read in a timely manner....fingers crossed! read more

Worst experience. Had mamogr in Feb. Had nogils but my Dr said no worries no cancer. In April the proceeded to call me asking me why I didn't follow up with my Dr. Said I must come in for more pics when actually they were planning to give a diagnosic mamo so different than reg mamo. Went in tech told me pull up my big.girl panties she is not going to lie it hurts some people scream some cry but looking at the screen she said it could be nothing or I could be dead in a year. Went back to my Dr said I can't take that test he ordered me the ultrasound. I went back same day and they went totally against my dr.snf refused to give it to me. Finally he sent me to a different place in Lancaster not Advanced Imaging. I got my ultrasound and.no cancer. Six weeks of worry for.nothing. read more

This is a suggestion for Dr Hashemi to review the "reviews" and take action to correct the concern of customers and should not let the deficiencies be repeated over and over again. professionals are doing good but customer services are questionable to the point of frustration in some cases. read more

This was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had at any medical office. So I was able to get a same day appt. Waited maybe 15 minutes before the Radiologist Tech George took me back, kindly introduced himself and ensured I was comfortable with the procedure. He turned on comforting music during the MRI so that it wasn't too uncomfortable for me. He asked me before and after if I was ok with everything. Very caring and kind. Faith, the front desk receptionist was also very nice. I didn't have a sitter for my daughter so I had to bring her with me. Faith was more than glad to watch her in the front with her, she let her draw, and gave her crackers and Apple juice to keep her occupied while I was in for my MRI. Another thing great about this office, my insurance required a prior auth in order to get this done and they had it all done by the time I got there... remember it was a same day appt. Why this office only has one yelp review other than mine really surprises me. Places like this deserve great yelp reviews. I would highly recommend this office to any one in need of an MRI. read more

I recently had two ultrasounds done and Taylor was the one who assisted me with both with the help of another student/her assistant named Erick, they're seriously so awesome!! From the moment I lied down I felt so comfortable. She's very sweet and constantly asked if I'm fine and quickly informed me on about how long the scanning takes. She approaches everything very professionally and has a very professional attitude as well as Erick. I'm 100% satisfied with the service here and definitely wouldn't mind coming back for future purposes. Alice was also very helpful while I filled out some paperwork. Everyone (including employees that didn't deal with me) was so polite. Great staff and beautiful place!! & Oh yeah! They were able to get me in the same day they'd called me and told me I had the approval, sweet!! read more

I was referred to Advanced Imaging Center by my doctor to have an ultrasound done and x-rays. Not only did I call and was immediately helped over the phone by a sweet girl but she also offered me same day services which was very helpful since we live in littlerock. I came in for my ultrasound first and was taken back as soon as I turned my paperwork in (which is amazing service in healthcare) and my technologist Taylor was so knowledgable, patient, and kind. I am disabled and came without my caregiver and not only did taylor have patience with helping me but she did it with a smile. I have also came to this office for MRI tests as well and I remember the techs (George i believe his name was) is also patient and so nice! All of these technologists deserve raises because this is amazing service that you can not find anywhere else in the antelope valley! I have never had service this good at any doctors office and I highly recommend them for ANY imaging needs. Thank you AIC! read more

This is a good facility. I have had some really bad experiences and this was a good one. They were prompt, professional and pleasant.

The Ultrasound girl Sherol was very rude and I felt she didn't have a clue what she was doing. She made us wait for for over an hour for our appointment and when I complained to the front desk, Sharol came storming out, told us rudely to follow her into the exam room and throughout the whole exam my son had to have, she made it know she was upset and frustrated. Needless to say the visit was extremely uncomfortable for him and I. I'll never go back as it was the worst customer service from a medical "professional" I have ever experienced anywhere. Will not recommend this place. She is definitely a bad apple. read more

My family and I have always used the Lancaster facility, so I can not comment on any other facilities. We have used this facility for our imaging needs since it opened. Service has been personable with reasonable wait times. The billing department has worked nicely with us. My specialists seem content with the readings rendered by the radiologist. The facility is clean, and they have always accommodated my work schedule. Over all a 5 star facility! read more
