Great experience, very friendly staff, and very reasonable pricing for their packages. One of my twins did not want to show his face and they offered a rescan at an extremely reasonable price. I looked and compared other local 3D imaging places and Heavenly 3D offered the hyper realistic option which is what sold me. They have a decent sized room for your family to attend and view on a big screen tv. Staff were friendly, caring, and all had a positive energy that made the experience more peaceful. Best experience here with Michelle! I just came for a 5-minute scan to make sure baby is okay, and Michelle was so lovely and made it a very comforting and happy time for me. I was worried about ultrasound safety and she was so patient and explained it all to me. Alison took great care of my brother and my sister in law. The experience was amazing, she was able to have 10 of her close loved ones with her and they also made sure my sister in law was comfortable while we viewed the image on a large screen not directly in front of her. I came here because I recently went somewhere else and we had an unpleasant experience. I wanted to get a second opinion because the technician I had seen at the place I went to before coming here was so rude and I was afraid she gave us the wrong results to sabotage us (you just never know). This place was highly recommended and I can totally see why now. From the moment we walked in Alison greeted us with a smile. Thank God we got the same results as the last place. This is my third baby so I had been to a few other places in the past and I never returned back to any of them because none of them were ever so welcoming or as enthused to be working with expecting mothers so every time I found a new place to go to. I had my first experience yesterday at heavenly ultrasound, and it definitely could have been better. Upon arrival there was no one at the desk, and my scheduled appointment for 3 didn't begin until after the previous family was out. I was up charged to a higher package based on wanting a horse stuffed animal instead of a teddy bear. With this extra charge it should have came with a longer viewing time however that was not provided. My baby was sleeping on her placenta, and would not wake up, I was given time to try to get her moving but no dice. It is extremely disappointing that with the high price that they charge that they also charge another fee to come back for are-scan. They also charge more if you want to come back on a weekend, even if your original appointment was on a weekend. This is not disclosed anywhere on there website. It also wasn't until after I had paid and started the experience that I was informed that I may be too far along to get any good images. It is unfortunate that I could end up over $100 out of pocket for nothing. I will be going back to try a rescan, but I feel like my excitement for the experience is gone due to my experience yesterday. I will update if anything changes! read more
