I was there for another child who had a toothache. They developed some type of fungus disease in the ER with all these nasty sick people that they want you to sit next to even in the same chair that a person that had in either digging in a butt or in their nose or had the flu without cleaning the chairs, they never clean their chairs yet they want you to constantly sit down and wait for someone to come and see you it's atrocious. And a breeding ground for diseases. The name of the disease he caught was. Feet hand and mouth their bumps develop at the bottom of your feet palm your hands, and in your mouth you get a fever really bad and feel very sick for the first day after that you gotta deal with the rashes that last for two weeks, I never in my life heard of something like this until I had to take my son to our primary doctor to be checked out. They have no Health cautious a Ville environment inside of that ER. I advise if you can go to any other hospital do not go there cause you will catch hepatitis A through Z while trying to address whatever else you have came into the ER .

I was allowed to sit near the MRI area past the waiting area. The staff was not warm or assuring. I was told the MRI would be 20 mins. It was actually 45 mins. (I know they're often longer. I just want accurate info!). We were told to then go to the other end of the entrance hall, to a business window and ring the bell. Yes, there's a window, but no bell. I opened a nearby door and found a staff member who told us to ring the bell. we explained there is no bell. She had to find someone who could help my friend. The entire experience lacked a sense of professionalism, a feeling of warmth (people who come here are often not well!) I feel sorry for anyone who has to go here. Never again for my friend.

Someone advised they were other RadNets in this area, I call back and a different agent located five or six in Palmdale/Lancaster area, so this one was selected since it was the first available (the next day!) I actually accidentally went to the wrong site cause yes there are 2 on 15th street. SO LISTEN TO THIS! The receptionist at the wrong location actually had real customer service, she printed out the directions to correct location for me AND WAIT FOR IT...... Called the correct location to advise I was on my way and gave an estimate of arrival based on google maps!! I know right? In this newbie customer service era no one knows anything about real service! But they sure do, I was amazed haven't seen service like that since I was a teen! She then said just be patient that they'll work me in. So I go there thinking I'll be here for hours or at least an extra hour. NOPE as soon as I sat down, sneezed and opened my phone someone called my name. I was in and out within 40 mins (as I was having a MRI on back.) Bravo!! But that's not all: Next trip was Tuesday my mother who's a medi/medi insurance client was told by the call center that they don't accept it at any locations in this area, so she was set to go to Santa Clarita for a breast exam, but it just didn't sit right with me because I seen the woman's breast center when I was there, so we walked in and spoke with rep Nicky to find out about the insurance they accept. What a sweetie! She rerouted her appointment because yes they do take that insurance.. She apologized profusely because it was a bit of a wait 2 weeks from Wednesday while it was only 4-5 days longer than her original appt in Santa Clarita. Thank you Nicky. Third trip was for mom's CAT scans yesterday. She had 4 areas scanned within a hour including parking, walking in, registering, sitting down and getting her and equipment back in car! I can't see how anyone else could state they are anything but professional, caring, diligent and above all the sites themselves have great customer service !! Keep it up and drop the call centers cause they aren't in the state for sure maybe not in the country, but the call centers really aren't trained well nor do they understand the lay out of a metropolis city that Los Angeles county or So Cal consists of.

We were ultimately turned away because the order required a formal doctor's visit, forcing us to reschedule. We returned the following week--another 3+-hour drive--only to be told the order was no longer valid, despite having a later expiration date. After waiting an hour for our doctor's office to send a new order, we were told the doctor was at lunch, fully booked for the day, and we would have to reschedule again. Driving 12 hours total across multiple weeks with absolutely zero care provided is unacceptable. The aloofness of the front desk personnel and the lack of internal communication is astounding. Management seriously needs to review patient files ahead of time to ensure everything is in order before forcing people to travel these distances.

I cannot express in words how amazing the lead ultrasound tech, Nicole, is. She is the most professional, personable, kind, and hardworking woman you will ever come in contact with. She has the ability to make every patient feel comfortable and projects this excitement for every patient she scans. I couldn't recommend being scanned by anyone else but her. She has the patience of a saint and anyone who is lucky enough to have their baby scanned by her is extremely fortunate and won't ever regret it. Nicole is also very thorough and if anything is confusing or if patients have any questions or concerns she is a woman with the answers. I booked my appointment online and was able to get the soonest possible date that matched my hectic schedule. Upon arrival I was lost inside their building, so I called for further instructions. I was guided on the phone until arrival to their suite and I appreciated that. The technician that attended me was very professional and made me feel comfortable the whole time. We came here for a sneak peak at our newest little bundle that will be here in the next few weeks. The tech Nicole that helped us was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at Heavenly 3D 4D Ultrasound. We couldn't get any good pictures my first appointment so we scheduled another appointment around the time the baby active. They worked with me and were really patient. The first package includes a spread sheet of pictures and a CD with all the pictures so you can print them out anywhere. Definitely would recommend. read more

This place is the go to place for your ultrasound and gender reveal! The staff here are so sweet and got seen right away. I went in for a gender reveal, and I love how excited the 3 staff members( I can't remember the names) sorry, but they got excited with me when the technician announced my baby's gender. Wonderful place. They make sure that you are comfortable. Nicole and Alison assisted my sister in her ultrasound. They were so sweet and welcoming. They introduced all the measurements and showed us the different body parts of the baby. We were even able to hear the heartbeat.
