Several items had serious damage and had to be disposed of. The damage claim took 10 months to process. The guys were drenched but didn't slow down or complain at all. My shoes were slipping on the wet tile but their shoes/boots had better traction so they were steady as they moved the heavy furniture. Nothing was broken, dented or scratched. Or ruined from the rain. I was happy that they used moving blankets instead of plastic wrap which would have ended up in the landfill.
