The drama could have been spared, had we realized that the reps will say anything and do nothing. After months of doing everything they asked, to get them to fix damage that's covered in the so-called 'warranty,' they finally came to look at a leak that developed during the months they refused to come. (By saying they Would come, but did not arrive.) After we fixed the leak ourselves, they finally arrived and added some tape. They told my husband on the phone that they were coming to re-Foam, but they didn't even re-Coat it. They never provided the promised pictures (in my earlier review.) In fact, the inspection report suggests that they also failed to do the original work for which the previous owner paid them. She never knew what a rip off it was. We will be hiring a different roofer who we know, who has done good work for us before, to foam the whole roof, where Foam Bond let us down. We would have called him first thing, had we a clue that the 'warranty' would not be honored and all we would get was lies and at long last a tiny patch of tape. I like to write positive reviews. It's been a drag having to write all this negative stuff, but at least it will count on Yelp and maybe help you decide to look elsewhere if you want truthful, reliable interactions and a good job done on your roof project.

Their reviews as well as overall ratings were what attracted me to use them as well as their experience with split units. My call was answered right away & I was able to get an appointment the next day. That went very smoothly & the technician was very professional & helpful. Unfortunately a while later my Carrier unit's fan motor started making noise. It was Easter weekend, but I called them to see if they could send someone to at least take a look at it. Chris the owner responded to my call & despite being with his family, said he'd be over later that day. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and explained to me that the previous repairs on the ac unit had replaced the fan motor with the wrong size motor for that unit. He took the time to educate me on why the motor was wrong & had resulted in damage to the fan. As a result, both the motor & the damaged fan would need to be replaced. He said he'd work on getting both a new fan and motor for the unit. Unfortunately there were non in stock from the local suppliers as well as LA. We're able to find the right motor & fan at an out of state supplier which was able to ship it UPS 3 day delivery. Parts came a day early, & Chris was there the next day to install both! He again showed me how the new motor & fan were not only the right ones for my unit, but also how it would be more energy efficient as well. Chris is a true professional who genuinely cares for his customers! I'd definitely recommend him to any of my friends in the future!

Before the tech could come out, the unit started working again, so I canceled. Kali, who I'd been in contact with, was super understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all. She even offered a discount for a future check-up--seriously great customer service! Fast forward to Labor Day weekend--of course, the A/C dies again, late at night. Thankfully, a storm rolled in and cooled things off just enough to sleep. I immediately reached back out to Kali the following morning, and she had a tech, Chris, at my place within a couple of hours. Chris was awesome--super professional, explained everything step by step, and even took photos to show me exactly what was going on. He found a few lingering issues that should've been addressed by a previous company. His quote was fair, and he gave helpful, budget-friendly recommendations without any pressure. We had 5 bids and they were the most reasonable, the did an excellent job the final inspector even complemented the job and as excellent, that says it all ! The crew was amazing they respected our property and cleaned up everyday before leaving they even used a high powered magnet to pick up nails on the ground, we have a dog so that was very impressive that they were so considerate.
