Of all the roofers I contacted in the Coachella Valley, Vision was the most responsive. They came out promptly for an estimate, gave me options, and got me a written estimate in short order. The job was complicated by the existence of many solar panels on my roof. No problem--Mike at Vision worked with a licensed solar company to arrange and coordinate the solar removal, roof installation, and solar reinstallation. No one else seemed to be able to put all these pieces together. Roofs are by their nature long term systems and I won't know for years if the foam roof Vision installed stands the test of time, but their attention to detail, follow through, and communication during installation couldn't have been much better. read more

I just had Dave and his crew redo my 1970's flat roof with foam. I got 4 estimates prior to selecting Vision and am very pleased with my choice. I must add that they were actually the 2nd highest estimate but Dave was open to working with me and we made a deal. I had a good feeling with him and they did not disappoint. Another reason I picked them was scheduling. We were due a big heat wave and Dave said that the crew could get on it immediately and boy, did they. I signed the contract on Tuesday, they began on Thursday and finished on Friday! All this worked out great because the following Monday was 121 degrees - I shit you not!! The roof looks beautiful with a sparkly white reflective coating and it comes with a 10 year warranty which, incidentally, was 2 years longer than any of the other bidders. Thanks Dave and Crew. My partner is an absolute stickler for details and quality and he was extremely happy with their work. They worked with him in great detail, gave him a ton of guidance as he was overseeing the whole project, and allowed us to get the roof prepped by our own labourers, which helped reduce the cost. I couldn;t believe how fast it was done and how great it looked - or how the hard white coat on top of the foam set up so fats and could be walked on for the solar installation so quickly. This stuff is like magic. They also replaced the metal edging and did a great job. The 10 year guarantee is extremely comforting and the miraculous white roof is not only a beautiful sight to behold, but also added insulation to keep us cool. He kept me informed with texts as to where he was in the process. He came to my office the next day to hand deliver the bid. This gave me the ability to ask a lot of questions. I just moved in and was settled when I was given notice by Home Insurance carrier that policy would be cxlled in a month due to what appeared to be water stains from a roof leak in garage. Don came and confirmed the roof was in good shape and that stains were not an indication of future leaks and could be remedied easily. My insurance has since been restored fully and all is well. These guys are great! I found them upon a referral from a friend of mine who's a real estate agent. She uses them quite a bit. They got back to me very quickly and sent someone out to check my roof. I thought my skylight was just leaking, it turns out I need a whole new one. I wasn't thrilled but what can you do? It was also a special order size so they said it could take a while. Interesting interaction with these folks. Scheduled a small repair for my new home. On the day the work was to be done, no one showed up or at least checked in to let me know they were on the job and had taken care of it. I left town for seven weeks in the next day, heard nothing from them until Getting a bill in January. Explained the circumstance, they sent guy out to look at the roof, and he said it was repaired. They sent the bill again with pictures of the repairs. Unfortunately the pictures were of someone else's house. I squared up, but won't likely use this company in the future. We used Vision Roofing last year to repair a few leaks on our roof. We had a good experience with them then. We decided to install solar earlier this year and we were initially happy that the solar company contracted with Vision roofing. We were surprised at the inconsistency of their work. We have security cameras close to the roof all around our house. When we saw that they were taken down, we assumed that they were unscrewed. We were wrong! There were a few that were hard wired. Instead of asking or unplugging the wires, the workers cut the wires and shoved them into the area where the wires were fished through. We still gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that they may actually reinstall them and fix the wires. When they were done with the job, they just left the cameras there with the wires sticking out. I called the manager and explained what occurred. He stated they will be back the next day to repair them. Then nothing.... I had to call a 2nd time and left a voice message. They returned back to screw it back in but my husband had to actually repair everything. I would of given them a 1 start but taken that we had a positive experience with them in the past, I am being generous by rating them a 2. We are currently looking to reroof our entire roof due to the age of our home. For sure we will not be using Vision Roofing. read more
