Not only was she a very talented massage therapist, she was also very educated in her practice, and in that 90 minutes I met SUCH A GOOD PERSON. We chatted, but I could tell she was very sensitive to know if someone just wanted complete silence too. In short, I received one of the best massages I've ever had, but also felt heard as far as my pain goes, and met an extremely special person. Worth every penny.

They had robes to wear before the sauna then little button up towels to put on while in the sauna. We stayed in for 22 minutes; temp got to 130. Then we had phenomenal 80 minute massages from Carolyn and Alyce - each did a phenomenal job! We had some specific therapeutic and relaxation needs. They individualized and left us so relaxed! After the massages we enjoyed the fruit infused water, cheese/crackers, and little dove chocolates! The spa had relaxing music that could be heard in the sauna, changing room, relaxation area, and massage rooms.
