The atmosphere of the room was lovely, very relaxing and soothing. The massage felt wonderful! The hot bamboo and the lotion Sharon used were very effective. I asked for special attention to my shoulder area and she did not miss a beat. The whole process (phone call, set up, confirmation text) was very easy. A little bit of Zen in a gym. My first time here and I will be back. I know my massages since I get one 1x month in Annapolis for pinched nerves and shoulder pain. This was a really good massage. Hot stones, CBD oil and pressure in all the right places. It was a bit uncomfortable at first finding myself in a gym. I look forward to them opening up at their own location. My wife and I have had many massages before but we feel like new people after this massage. Sharon was so easy to talk to, checked to make sure the pressure was perfect and the hot bamboo was a plus. The location may not be in a fancy spa but it is safe, very clean with beautiful decor, music and most of all, a therapist who definitely knows what she is doing.
